I got donuts from the Too Good To Go app and they were actually very fresh and offered a great variety. Totally worth the low price. I went late so service was quick and easy.

Went in for International Coffee âď¸ Day. The employees were very courteous and friendly. They gave me free iced coffee âď¸ and a doughnut đŠ. It was DELICIOUS. THANK YOU, KRISPY KREME!!!

I got the chance to go inside for the first time until Krispy Kreme a donut. But unfortunately was so full I was unable to get one. Also the donuts are $2 plus each. I'm sorry I have to pass.
Love donuts. Don't like going in to the store and have people approach me about buying candy, then talking bad because I got a donut. The lady behind the counter seem like she was in a very bad mood also. Will not be back.

Krispy Kreme is my favorite doughnut of all time, of course! I have nothing but positive things to say about the donuts they taste good they look good and the customer service here is fantastic. What made me give it three stars if you ask? Paying over $20 for a dozen donuts I would never! I went here for my daughter. She wanted donuts for her familyand sent me money to get them for her. If she hadnât sent the money I wouldnât have gotten them I donât care how good they taste.

I was here just last night. I remember being a little girl watching donuts being made. I loved this and it will always remind me of the times I spent here with my grandparents. I was so excited to bring my baby last night, but unfortunately my experience was terrible! I bought glazed donuts and they used to give you the fresh ones being made, but last night we got ones that had already been out. And due to one person, her name was Melissa. She was incredibly rude. Donât work customer service if you donât have it. I wanted one of the new Harry Potter ones her response was âYou canât do that one with a dozen, you have to pay for it by itselfâ in a belittling tone. Because the way she said it I didnât get the donut. A simple âthat ones extra, is that okay,â would be a better way to get people to buy it. She needs serious coaching on how to speak to customers. Wont be returning here. Pink box is only a few dollars more and their employees ALWAYS have good customer service. Childhood memories ruined just like that.

Original glazed are OP. Everything else is meh, but prices continue to go up, and service is horrible, kids act like they hate working there or helping customers, always feel rushed to order and most of the staff don't even offer the courtesy glazed donut when the belt is running anymore.
