At least one staff member really acted like she would rather be anywhere else than working there. Had a problem with a special offer coming up at the right price. Took more effort than it should have to have it corrected.

This location is supposed to open its drive thru at 5:30 am. at 5:35, there were 3 cars in the drive thru and no one answered. The drive thru machine kept saying "sorry we are closed" until 5:45am. Eventually all 3 cars left because no one would take our order.I finally called the location because I could see 2 people inside cooking donuts. They answered and said "oh sorry." & finally turned on the drive thru machine but by then we had all left. They also said on the phone that they didnt have any original glazed donuts ready yet! Thank goodness there was a Pinkbox across the street so I went there to get my 2 dozen donuts I needed.

I ordered online but it took 2 people to find my order. Waited about 10 minutes. No big deal. The place looks clean and nice & lots of tables if you needed to eat inside. Still 5 stars as I am the type of person who is not perfectionist to the core like other reviewers. A little inconvenience is not a big deal to me. Nothing is perfect in this world.Parking: Great
