It's been awhile since we last visited Lorraine and today's experience was disappointing. The manang who opened today took our order and was not friendly at all. Our only mistake is we forgot to order a drink which she could've offer but chose not to. And so I took one drink and will just pay after the meal. When it was time for me to pay that one drink SHE REFUSED because that drink ONLY costs 1.99$
I only have apple pay that time and have no cash. I'm so confused because there was no problem paying my meal earlier and she wanted me to purchase 10$ minimum at least. I said no and just wanted to purchase that one drink and go.
If I'm being a douchebag I would've just leave and not pay that 1.99$ drink but I wasn't raised like that so for me trying to pay and be treated I need to pay at least 10$ when I already purchase my meal is a big no. I have never seen a POS machine operate like that. No other restaurants with POS had minimum purchase ever. She could've easily punch whatever for the same value and call it a day.

Went in today to buy food to go, the pancit taste likes bad oil was used; paksiw na pata was over cooked, hard, and dry; the pork adobo did not taste like adobo; kare kare meat was a bit tough. We been here some other times and it’s a hit and miss. Sometimes good sometimes not good. There’s no consistency.

Love the food and the prices. If you are catering a party, ask to see a catering menu which has even better pricing. This is attached to a mini Filipino grocery store for your convenience.

The cashier working on 6/08/2024 at @12pm needs to pay better attention. I went in there to buy some items from the small store section they have, and when it came to paying, I had to wait in the food line since only cashier place they have . And she charged me for someone else meal ,then when confronted, she gets upset at me, telling me it's my fault and starts talking to me in tagalog, even though I'm not filipino. Really bad customer service . Go up the street on Centennial and Simmons if you want a store with strong customer service. Never again I will visit that store.

it’s not worth it to eat here i recommend just eat at the seafood city better food not old food plane rice is disappointing it smells rotten (yuck) also all the ulam doesn’t taste good less meat more on fatty meat they only offer 1type of dessert (17.99) is not worth it

We love to order food here for parties, or have a quick lunch or grab stuff to cook our filipino dishes, like pansit! My favorites are Sisig(pork belly ), sinigang(sour soup ) and bistek tagalog(beef and onions).
