Went and ordered food for takeout. One of the double cheeseburgers was so sloppy you could barely eat and hardly any fries. If you want good L&H food go to the one by WinCo on Ann and 215. We will not be coming back to this ever

Nothing worse than re-fried katsu. Greasy, overcooked and cut poorly. This ain't the same L&L from 10-20 years ago. I get it if there's not a lot of foot traffic, but they shouldn't shortcut the quality of their food to be able to slap a plate together in 5 minutes.

I ordered a online order of tempura shrimp, I called and asked for extra sauce the associate was very very rude I will not order from here again I was told no it comes with one sauce. I feel a establishment should not have a problem with giving a extra sauce. I spent a total of 27.00. and she act like I spent $2. Never again will I order from this location.

I’ve been to every location in Las Vegas and this is by far competing with flamingo and Maryland location but out of the 4/6 locations this one is top2 so depends on my area that iam in because if im on the north im here if im closer to strip im on Maryland parkway.I can even rank locations and I’ll do so.Top2Maryland parkway/FlamingoCraig Rd locationBest 3rd flamingo and jonesWorse NELLIS yu can read my previous reviews into why I think that aswell.I ordered the usual Hawaiian beef plates well done. I ate inside so it was drop dead fresh…rice portion was good size and was soft aswell. The food was 5/5L&L is actually some of the best food to eat off the strip in the city fight me over it….people are so caught up with the TikTok viral looking foods they forgot about the good old fashion shocking flavors with no changes.This place is busy just how every L&L should be if you ever go to any location from Los Angeles to LAS Vegas If it’s not busy it’s prolly 3/5 cough NELLIS cough.The portions were all original sizePrime location in my eyes and right next door to guys five/10 ?️

Food was boring and lacked flavor. The shrimp was at least cooked nicely but nothing special. The Mac tasted like just straight noodles mixed with mayo. The ambiance was not great either. Very weird set up and kind of sketchy. The best part was the service. The lady at the register was really sweet. I don't understand how this place got 4 stars. Definitely not coming back here. Very disappointed.
