That motherfucker is useless. We went there once. The food is awful. It has no flavor. That food was like three days old and it's really expensive. Don't go there. It's not worth it.

Been here twice. Once by myself, and another time with my Mexican husband. im a handicap Filipina, which is not their normal demographic, but growing up in LA and in the IE, I’m no stranger to trying other cultures foods. The first time I did get some weird looks by staff and people eating inside, but they weren’t rude or overly friendly. Just normal service. The second time my husband went in and he said they were welcoming, asked him if he needed assistance, and when he asked for extra sauce and cabbage, they had no problem giving him extra. Took about 15 minutes to get our 4 pupusas. These are the best pupusas I’ve had here in Vegas. Nice and crispy, and good filling. It was a bit oily due to the melted cheese, but I’ll definitely come back to enjoy this at least a month. Will update one day when we decide to eat inside.

Food is delicious. Customer service was simply terrible. Ordered for pickup and I was completely ignored. All of the waitresses were either on their phones or standing around. Very lazy, rude, and inconsiderate staff members. If you don't like your job then don't be work there.

I went here yesterday and their customer service needs work. The waitress has a horrible attitude and wouldn’t look at me or my friends. My fiancé is white and his friend Mexican and I’m also Mexican. She asked if we are ready to order in Spanish and we answer yes and nodded and she said okay thank you in Spanish and walked offnever came back to take our order. There was another waitress who came in and was so nice and took our order. We literally just wanted pupusa to go and I felt like we were targeting and being discriminated against
