I went in and ordered my food I waited for 15 minutes before they even started to make the order once food was ready my order was incorrect they say all it's going to take 20 minutes to remade so I'm like just refund the pizza you messed up on and I'll keep the other order they said no I had to return everything not just messed up order

The cashier was the only person who was actually doing something. She was attending at the front and cooking pizzas, the other people in the back were doing absolutely nothing. I ordered pizza and was in the store for half an hour. I asked the cashier how much more longer I would have to wait for the pizza, (which I only ordered 2) and she told me that someone “stole” my pizza. I was super confused and was on a time crunch so I just wanted my order refunded and left. Terrible service.

I ordered a large beef pizza I come pick it up I pay for it as I leave something tells me to look at it and it’s a pepperoni stuff crust so I go back and tell them this is not what I ordered just for him to tell me oh we don’t have beef so you mean you couldn’t told me that before I paid for it and I don’t eat pork so I couldn’t get a new pizza and if I didn’t check the pizza I would have got home not knowing it was the wrong pizza and he thought he was slick and not tell me that it was not what I ordered the dishonesty of the situation is not excepted so I left with no pizza and without my money that I had to wait 3 days for but they didn’t have to wait 3 days for me to pay for a pizza I didn’t get!

Called because they miss up my order and forgot items so I wanted a refund and they left me on hold for about 24 hours in total since I called multiple times. I still haven't received my refund either and never got a hold of the manager there.

I have the worst experience in this place. They said that they do not do any walk-ins there and they only take orders through the app AND if I place the order through the app, there will be an hour wait. The cashier was very RUDE and disrespectful. Pls go somewhere else. Do not waste your time and money here. Listen to all the bad reviews.

Drove 15 minutes to do a walk in order for a cheese bread and was told they aren't accepting walk-ins because they are busy catching up on orders. Excellent 👌 place is always a joke.

First, I love little Caesars pizza. Unfortunately, I have a lot of problems coming into this place. I ordered an hour in advance and it still wasn’t ready. The place was filled with disgruntled customers. They really need to hire more people for it being as busy as it is. The breadsticks were excellent, but we ordered a deep dish pizza and some of the pieces only had a couple pieces of cheese on them and for some reason they cut it wrong. I’ve had problems with previous orders too. Unfortunately, I keep coming back because it’s the easiest place for me to get pizza, but I might have to start going someplace else.

extremely upsetting experience at your Little Caesars location at 1360 W Cheyenne #2 in Las Vegas.

I placed an order online and arrived to pick it up when it was marked ready. Despite waiting more than 40 minutes, no one assisted me. I observed one worker making pizzas while others focused only on wings, and additional staff arrived late. When I asked why only one young woman was handling pizzas, the staff responded rudely and became belligerent. Shockingly, I was then subjected to racial slurs, including being called the N-word.

This treatment was degrading, offensive, and completely unacceptable. Other customers were also left waiting excessively for their orders.

Went here twice within the past 3 months both times pizza was over cooked dry and old , at lunch time which makes it worse , I saw boxes pizzas being taken out of boxes and put together in one larger box

Mike and CeCe was awesome!!! The whole crew was the best I experienced buying from Little Caesars EVER!! Give them all a raise!!! Love it ..... peaceful cool and great customer service!!!
