I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up they told me that it was not registered and they still gave me proof of the order

Cleanliness is very bad no gloves serving customers and rubbing there bodies and scratching things and touching there bodies while serving clients yes I went to College here in Nevada and they taught us how to keep our hands clean and to wear gloves but it's ok I will never eat there again

There are 6 employees working the floor but when you come in no one greets you and they leave you standing in the lobby while they cook it took five other people walking in finally a lady walks out and asked if we are ready to order. They took my order cleared the line and walked out way she proceeded my order and walked away no tick no time on how long it would take. Never come back to this location wast customer service from a pizza place.

I’ve had a few visits to this Little Caesars, and I feel it’s time to share my experience. The food itself is fine it tastes just like any other Little Caesars pizza, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can share.

The real issue here is the ordering process. Whether I order in person or online, there’s always some level of disorganization. In-store orders are never accurate in terms of wait time; there’s always an additional delay that isn’t communicated. Even online orders have been problematic—my orders are frequently misplaced or even stolen, and I end up waiting longer while they remake it.

I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault; this location has a high turnover rate, and I never see the same person twice. That leads to a lack of consistency, and no one seems to have a good grasp of the system. It’s a sucks because this location is really close to my home, but with the poor service, I’m definitely considering other pizza options.

I still enjoy the Little Caesars pizza, but I’d really like to see improvements in the way this location handles orders and customer service. 2668 NLV Blvd.

I did a DoorDash order the drinks I ordered were missing. The pizza was undercooked and not cut. had topping on a corner I did not ask for. I live less than 2 miles and the pizza was cold. It didn’t take long for the pizza to get here so not sure why it was this cold. Unedible. Never again from this little Ceaser’s. I had removed the peppers already from pizza in photo

Total garbage, they take so long to process orders even if you have placed your order online and they act stupid giving you excuses that they stole your order

This is the work place to order from the say ur order will be ready in a hour then u wait a hour and then they say oh we still making it I been here since 7 it now 8:33 crazy

so I decided to stop shopping from McDonald's because they don't care about giving hot food and giving good service, now I started getting pizza from this Little Caesars but apparently only the morning person makes the pizza's good the evening people don't, the cheese is very limited on them, only the morning people give you enough cheese this is not fair somebody needs to tell them that. The evening pizzas are no good they don't have enough juice and enough cheese. on top of the they are late on the order.
