The district manager needs to do a better job of checking this store or out right fire the general manager and get someone who cares because this has been going on for years at this location. My pizza is always undercooked and cut badly. The crazy bread has little to no seasoning on it. Also now they decided to put a random jalapeño on my cheese pizza when I CANT EAT IT. My grandpa before he passed owned 4 little caesars and food there was never never this bad because he cared about quality. This is ridiculous.

I try this location once every six to eight months. It is the worst location in Las Vegas. The food is always terrible. Needs new management

On 2/15/2025 at 7:30pm I went to go buy the big big bundle but it wouldn't let me order it online. So we try ordering it inside they said had to be online. The white male at register called he's manager the women had her AirPods couldn't even hear me talk I had to repeat myself since she didn't take them off the first time. They don't wear gloves when making the pizza's yet their over there touching their AirPods making the food. That's nasty as hell. Anyways I paid with cash and the guy was like "I don't got any change for 25 cents" than he asked him if wanted a sauce I told him marinade he was tryna charge me more for it like no because if I didn't have the change for the 75 cents you guys wouldn't let it slide so why should I, I need all my change? But don't come here to get food they we're low key rude and Nasty no gloves when making pizza they need to call the health department. Shut them down with their nasty selves touching their personal items and touching the food.

These people literally never answer their phones. I accidentally placed an order to this location and called literally immediately after placing the order so I could cancel it and waited to talk to someone for 15 minutes, no one ever picked up. This is the second time that I've needed to talk to someone at this location about an order and no one answered.

I don't think I'll be going to the location anymore, even intentionally.

This location locks their doors at 9:45 when they close at 10. If u have a order u need to knock on the door and wait for them to hand you your food which was cold. Will not be ordering from this location again.

When it’s busy, the food quality is horrible. And don’t even bother ordering on the app because once you order it you don’t see any updates. You’re thinking they’re still working on your order but you get to the restaurant and your order has been done for 10 minutes already and it’s cold but no one notifies you. Lots of people waiting and mad because there is no one helping them.

I got there at 9:40 pm they supposed to close at 10:00 pm and they were done selling pizzas. Besides that every time I go to this location my pizza is cold or old with the bottom hard. A week ago I ordered online when I went to pick up my order the manager had my pizzas on top of a table when I opened it was cold. Employees are really rude specially night shift. This location deserve 0 stars 👎

Ordered delivery December 1st, a DoorDash driver Natasha called almost 25 minutes after pick up with the location only being 2.3 miles (8 minutes away) lying saying she was rerouted ten miles away and that the gps “messed up” I knew them she was going to steal our food . Tried calling Little Ceasars several times , some teenage girl placed me on hold for over 30 minutes and said if the phone hangs up call back, after several attempts I just gave up . Natasha was obviously hungry and a thief that had the audacity to steal from us and send a picture of our food placed on a curb somewhere that was no where near my home before she picked the pizza up and ate it I’m quite sure . She used the excuse “glitch” because I mentioned it as sarcasm when she called and lied and said when I mentioned a gate code , she thought she was delivering to a business and that she would call back . 😂I didn’t know having a gate code meant that your home was a business, again she was just spitting out crazy lies . She never called me back I called support to report her and when she finally answered the phone for them she said she couldn’t deliver it because she was routed 10 miles away. I refuse to believe a person who is broke enough to steal food can afford to drive an extra ten miles when DoorDash clearly tells you how far away your drop off is and how long it will take . Natasha I hope the pizza was good because I reported you to DoorDash . Little Caesar’s disappointed me as well because they kept me on hold for long periods and no one would come to the phone . They lost me as a customer forever . I don’t spend money, nor do I go where I’m not appreciated.

I placed an order on the app at 5:07pm and received an expected ready by time of 5:20pm - 5:31pm. I received a notice that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived @ 5:45pm and waited until 6:00pm before the guy behind the register asked another employee to check if anyone was picking up their order. I advised I was and instead of getting my order the guy started placing an order for someone else. Then another 7 minutes before I was informed they couldn't find my order and that it had to be re-made! I am so discusted I will never order from this location again!!!! 6 possibly 7 employees two making pizza's one working the register and three walking around laughing and joking. Whoever owns this franchise needs to pay closer attention to their staff!

The customer service is non existent. I tried to buy a hot and ready pizza only to leave empty handed because I didn't have exact cash. Then they felt the need to lock the doors early and then found something funny about not selling the product.
