Little Caesars Pizza

This is not a good location to order from. The pizza is always cut awfully and never cut all the way. Tonight my order was completely wrong (view photos for reference). Wings weren't supposed to be sauced. Wrong pizza as well. Very frustrating to spend that much money on the wrong order and having to call to get a refund. I did a build your own pizza which was more than double the price of one of their normal pizzas and they just gave us 2 plain pepperoni. I don't know if we just got the wrong order or if the workers were too lazy to actually make the pizza we ordered. Then the delivery driver is going to be impacted by this too because I'm sure they won't get their tip now. Overall very upsetting. Go to a different location!

I ordered at 8:01 picked up at 8:17. Pizza was “wet and soggy on bottom. Stuffed crazy bed was NOT WARM cheese was hard and cool. Crazy sauce was ROOM TEMP food poisoning degrees. No chicken wings included. Been on hold for an hour PLUS and my stomach hurts from the bread stick and rancid sauce. They obviously don’t care to improve their performance because all these reviews are the same and keep coming. Kids were friendly and smiled but I would have like my order correct or someone to answer the Fn and give me my money back. I will drive down to this location for the last time! I hope the health department closes this location. I live little Caesar’s but I can’t keep going here it’s too aggravating and might have finally got me sick. So sad

Store doesn't even answer the phone. Tried to change a pick up time and was on hold for an hour with no options to connect to anyone else or ask about the order. The website won't let cancel or change anything online and you can't do anything but look at the dots for what is supposed to happen. When I got there the order was still wrong and no body wants to help fix or replace the wrong pizza.

Really disappointed. They gave me cold food and did not remedy the issue at all . I tried to call the store to ask for a refund I have been on hold for 30 mins ! They do not keep food hot unless you pay in advance ?! They have warmers but don’t give you warm food . They made me wait an extra 15 mins cause they couldn’t find my order it was on the bottom racks getting cold !!! Food not hot and ready food was cold and repulsive. I work in food production so this is disgusting avoid this location . It’s a bunch of kids running it into the ground . Not only that but they baked charcoal or something black into my Pizza !!! I took pictures revolting!!! I can’t believe this crap !!!

I went to pickup a online order, a employee comes out, he was dirty and I’m not talking about making pizzas all day dirty, he looked like he had been doing construction or repairs type of dirty. That was the first issue then this young man proceeds to stand at the register with his head down texting on his phone not saying anything to me. When he finally looked up at me after he finished texting I just turned around and walked out. Customer service is becoming nonexistent, I will never patronize this Little Caesars again.

Making me wait an hour then cancelling my delivery order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL END UP FRUSTRATED AND HUNGRY. My fault for being cheap.

This little Caesars is by far the worst in vegas. Every time I order from here there's always an issue whether it be longer than need be or over cooked pizza or cold pizza not to mention whoever cuts the pizza needs to learn how to do it again cause wow. The staff here is garbage the food is garbage and the only reason I order from there is cause of convenience of location. If it weren't for that I'd never go there again. Do better

The food is always good here. The service is no good. It doesn't make any sense to order food 30mins in advance and it's not ready when I arrive. I've been waiting for 30mins and my order hasn't even entered the oven. Crazy work!

While delicious this is NOT what I ordered. I asked for a cheese pizza with the pretzel crust and what I received was a thin crust cheese pizza with salt on the edges. I don't know if they ran out, or if this was done out of pure laziness, but please give the customer what they asked for and give them the OPTION if a substitute is needed.
