Visited Lumber Jack on Craig Rd at 7 PM on a Wednesday, and the place was completely empty- no customers & no cars in the lot. Should’ve been a warning sign! Called to confirm they were open, & they were, so we went in. Big mistake: the dining area was a sweltering 90° because all three AC units were down (thermostats set to 70°, but clearly not working). Waitress Passion was sweet but didn’t know much about the AC issue, saying the “hot season” is almost over....
The atmosphere was very welcoming and pleasant, the service was top notch, and not only was the food delicious, the serving sizes were surprisingly large for the price. It was a very good experience, an amazing value, and I will definitely be back.
Our server was Mandy and she was very attentive and her energy was amazing. She was polite and smiled at everyone in the restaurant The food was amazing big huge portions. Will definitely return
