I know it was an $8.99 special, but if the point was try it and then come back at full price, swing and a miss. I had to put my own cheese to make it palatable and the topping were rather scarce. If I had paid $44 rather than $20 for two pizzas 🍕, I'd be upset.

I was kinda disappointed this time around.
End pieces had nothing but sauce and cheese. Hardly any sausage and mushrooms it was like they prepared it very fast and didn’t take their time.

Pizza is ok over priced wings taste exactly like little Caesars service is great though those guys pies is way better I would say they are a bit above dominos and Pizza Hut but it is over priced wings are 1 star for me

This was my son and my first time having Marcos Pizza. From the time we walked in and ordered, first was the pleasant aroma, secondly was the down home southern hospitality customer service, and lastly the food when I say everything was perfection. They were extremely friendly and the customer service was superb... I can't wait until my son and I go back, they made our first time an excellent, superb, professional, exceptional experience... I can go on and on but there's not enough words in the dictionary and memory on my phone to handle an elongated review. All in all, I highly recommend this location because I can't speak for other locations but this one right here is for the win and these people remind me of my southern parents and how they were and raised me. God bless you guys....My son and I will see you soon 🙏🤓😇🤗❤️

This is for the restaurant located at 4770 West Ann Rd Ste 7 North Las Vegas, Nevada. Ordered an extra-large two topping pizza via the App at approximately 6 PM on Sunday. Pizza arrived about 40 minutes later via delivery. Upon opening the box noticed it was the wrong pizza. The attached itemized order was correct but the pizza did not match what we ordered. Called the store to tell them we wanted the correct order. Clerk told us it would be remade correctly and we would get it delivered around 7:30 PM. After about five minutes called back and inquired if we could receive a discount since we had to wait for another pizza. Clerk told us we would receive a $5 credit on our account to be used the next time we ordered. At about 7:40 PM we called back only to find out that they did not remake our correct order because we received a $5 credit. Um... what? The clerk we spoke to both times seemed very confused as if he had only been working there a day or so. Not being able to get anywhere with that clerk he put Ethan on the phone. Ethan told us they would only give us a full refund if we returned the other pizza and there was at least 80% left. 1. Why do you need the other pizza back? Do you think we are trying to scam a free pizza? 2. You made a mistake again by not replacing my order because the clerk said we wanted a credit instead of another pizza. Wrong! Why would I want to pay $30 for the wrong pizza, and a $5 credit for a future purchase and no replacement pizza? 3. What does returning 80% of the pizza accomplish? I understand if we received the second order but by attempting a third time to make it right and we would have to wait another 30 - 40 minutes I shouldn't be asked to return the original pizza. We told them we didn't want to wait so don't make another one just refund our money. So the next thing you do, if you care about having a return customer, is apologize profusely, refund our money minus the tip and for our inconvenience tell us to keep the original pizza. 4. What do you do with the pizza we returned? It likely goes in the trash so what is the point in returning it? So, just let me summarize. I spend $25 plus a $5 tip to receive the wrong order. Not getting to eat for 2+ hours after the initial order. Being extorted by being told if I don't return at least 80% of the original order that I won't get a refund. A measly $5 credit on a future order that I will never use because I will never order from this Marcos location or any Marcos location again. A 15+ year customer that will go elsewhere. Bob... Tell them what they won. This review and losing a customer. P.S. I will update if I actually get a refund since being told it will be a day before it is reflected on my account.
