This location is definitely trying to improve. Christopher was very kind, courteous and brought my refill straight out without me having to wait at the counter and get someone's attention. The guy who did the wheel spins (and gave out the fistbump I won) is also definitely worth a shout-out as being very friendly and helpful

This is by far the WORST McDonald's!!! EVERYTIME i ever get anything from here they screw up my sandwich order. We pay for the items why can't you give us what we pay for? If a sandwich says it comes with bacon for God's sake give us the bacon, if it says it comes with tomatoes give us the tomatoes. Quit being so cheap, either that or hire employees that know how to read or follow instructions!!!

The Food was literally garbage… very old I sent it back and complained they put the old food back on the grill and gave me hot old food…. Very terrible and a waste of money I’ll never visit this location again!!!

I am here to 100% bash this location. Tonight December 17th 2024 i ordered a regular McChicken Add Tomato And Onion With A Fresh Chicken Pattie And A 10 Piece Nugget. Nothing That I Received On That Sandwich Was Fresh This Location Gives You What They Want You To Have No Matter How Fresh Or Not It Is. The Person That Took My Said It Would Be A 3 min wait for a fresh pattie to be cooked i said cool. i leave the parking lot after receiving my order. I bite into the sandwich the bread if is so hard it crumbled all over my freshly vacuumed car seats and floor. The pattie was not fresh by any means . The tomatoes was super soggy and the mayo was way to much. I suggest that this location be surveyed by the McDonald's Corporation and come out and see the way these people are hurting you reputation even more than it's already been hurt. I wont recommend this location to my worst enemy SMFH 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst fast food experience of my life. We placed an order using the kiosks inside. I was so excited because of the great deals I got using the rewards app! Little did I know I was in for a complete disaster. We watched hundreds of cars pass through the drive through with fulfilled orders as we waiting almost 45 minutes to get a 5 dollar meal deal. The employees were unresponsive and unhelpful, it seemed like the staff was more worried about smoking reef in the back than helping anyone inside.

We waited 45 minutes for a chicken nugget meal. I understand that it’s a McDonald but 45 minutes is insane. We got there at 1:50 pm and we didn’t get the food until 2:30 pm. Awful experience and awful service.

Every time I come here they always are out of something management is not very good and the system is always down at a certain time at night yet they still want to serve specific people maybe DoorDash or Uber eats which is understandable but still places very irritating
