I took a bite of my burger and there was a STRING or hair omg I couldn’t belive my eyes !!! Also there was small rouches coming out my spicy last time I got food from there

Askd for 2 meal deals while i was on break and i ask for them fres, i waited in the front they gave me re greased fries and probably reheated patties then i called after work because i didnt have tike to do that by the time i got back to work. When one of the ladies maybe a manager or somthing idk answered i explained to her what happened. She said do you have recipe. I said no but I used my app so it should he in your system and she said no i need the recipe. Then I asked her to clariy if the app does any monitoring or anything and before i got out my full question she hung up. I called again because i thought it dropped then it rang once then disconnected. I feel insanely disrespected and McDonalds is over with in my book this happened. November 10th 2025 at 5:25. So if management looks at this your staff are just hanging up on people and if you review the call you will see i was being polite.

I asked for sauce multiple times and I even got a confirmation that it was in my bag so I didn't feel the need to check i get home and there was no sauce how can you mess up 3 times in a row..

Terrible customer service. I came through the drive thru and the girl didn’t hear me say my order correctly and the manager Kimberly told me I had to drive all the way back around into the drive thru to order more food. When there was already a really long line. As the rest of my food gets cold.

I showed up at 5:12am this morning, and the dining room wasn't open like it's supposed to be... Took a picture of the hours and a phone showing the time. Haven't REALLY had a problem with them here, for the most part, until now.

Burgers were sloppy and not even wrapped up completely, fries were old and stale , workers were rude and lazy when I spoke to the manager about the issues never once got an apology and they blamed me for not returning the food right away
