I understand McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant and where majority of kids start there fresh journey on working and getting experience. But this McDonald’s on losee is ridiculous!!! Every time I decide to stop by and order food they seem to ALWAYS get my order wrong!!! I had to sit in line for 20 minutes and still manage to mess up my order.. every time I go, I see the employees laughing and giggling at the window.

Ordered at the drive thru and when I got my change I noticed one of my bills was ripped in half. I went inside to exchange for a new one. It was complete chaos inside. Pick up oder line was backed up, no one at register, about 20 workers running around looking confused and orders lined up on back counter not being handed out.
Finally got asked if I needed help. I explained I just came from drive thru and got a ripped bill as part of change. She said she couldn't take it. Eventually after explaining to another employee about it the manager Finally exchanged it with her own money so appreciated that. Looked like she had enough to deal with at that establishment

The young lady that took my order was just as nice and bubbly as ever. The guy at the second where I picked up my order was rude. I asked for no ice in my drink. He had an attitude about that. Then I asked for a plastic bag to put the food in because I was taking it to the hospital for my husband he wanted to argue about giving it to me. He couldn't even put the food in the bag for me. I swear I won't be coming back to this location
