Ordered Chicken deluxe meal & double cheeseburger. Only fries were good. Meat was dry as if had been sitting for a while and drive thru customer service wasn't good at all 12:20pm
Did a mobile order and waited 15 minutes after it said the order was ready. Had to go inside to get it. Food was cold

I was missing thing from my order and when I called to ask if I could get my points back on my app (I was not rude at all I was very nice and she had a bad attitude from the beginning) she hung up and didn’t say anything then when I tried to call back they would just answer then hang up and I get it was a mistake I wasn’t mad about the missing food it’s the terrible service that was the issue
