Did a mobile order and waited 15 minutes after it said the order was ready. Had to go inside to get it. Food was cold

I was missing thing from my order and when I called to ask if I could get my points back on my app (I was not rude at all I was very nice and she had a bad attitude from the beginning) she hung up and didn’t say anything then when I tried to call back they would just answer then hang up and I get it was a mistake I wasn’t mad about the missing food it’s the terrible service that was the issue

I usually go there for breakfast for the children in the morning when I'm in town. Everybody's very nice. There's this gentleman that help me. I believe his name is gila. Very nice gentleman. Very helpful. He went out of his way. I was very satisfied. Next time I'm in town I'm going to take him a gift cuz if my family's happy. I'm happy. Thank you so much

I have been coming to this location for many years never had a problem until last night. Customer service was horrible and the manager didn’t make it any easier only defending her rude employee. so I was pretty upset and disappointed with the customer service.
This guy say supposedly no breakfast at 3 AM and it’s lunch breakfast is at 5 AM

The night shift guys are awesome polite big one young morning girl Hispanic with long hair braided is never happy I never talks nice to the customers every time I go there she seems she doesn't want to be there and does not even try to give you your food politely but the night shift in the morning Alicia is the best
