Store is incapable of producing correct orders. I ordered food that is worth $50+ and had a lot of missing items. Keep in mind this wasn't a rush hour so there should be no reason for me not to have all my order and doesn't know how to read orders. Workers are slows and likes to talk alot while clocked in for work. I gave them multiple chances, but this is the last straw. I would not recommend this location to anyone who's seeking the nearest mcdonald's. If this doesn't get resolve/addressed by upper management then I got nothing left to say about this location.

Extra money to replace chickken filets for spicy filets (chicken Big Mac) at order. No napkins beyond counter. Long wait at counter for help. It’s the new self serve style restaurant. Use drive through.Manager delivered to table. The only plus.

I was warned this specific store isn’t good on Bruce and Craig. Yesterday my egg McMuffin was burnt and hash brown was under cooked. Today to my shocking surprise they put Big Mac sauce (thousand island) on my egg McMuffin and when I went into the store he didn’t speak English and I wanted my egg McMuffin done normal and right but they gave me two sausage McMuffins instead. I just walked out without trying to get someone to do their job right

Slow as hell!!! This is by far the slowest McDonald's in history. I ordered fries and wait what seemed to be a century. I have never experienced such slow business at a McDonald's until this location. Next time I will drive the extra couple of minutes for faster service.

Unresponsive bad service. It’s been multiple times I go to this specific location and they take for ever to even acknowledge your there and then it’s an inconvenience to take your order. They stopped responding all together in the middle of me ordering had to wait for them then repeat myself after every single item. As goes hand in hand with the bad service I waited long with not more than 2 cars in front. I got pushed to the last window because my food wasn’t ready and we still got mediocre food with stale fries.
