Waited over 30 minutes for my order and they threw everything in one bag when my order was for there. Really rude, they can't read add extra onions on the white slips, then they should go to school to learn how to read. My order was a 50 dollar order. All we got was attitude and never an apology. Will never return to this dump again especially after seeing period blood next to the toilet in their bathroom! Disgusting 🫣!!

I pulled up to the drive thru , no one was next to me , I wasn't getting any help , and when another car pulled up next to me they started helping them right away and just skipped me in line. I tried telling the manager and she didnt do anything about it. Discrimination. 4:10pm 9/26/25. Please hire new workers at this location.

Waiting 45 minutes in drive through for my mobile order. No one ever brought my food to me and had to go back to work without my food because I wastes my whole lunch break. Contacted customer service and restaurant, both refused to refund my purchase. Stole my money with incompetent employees.

Put in a mobile order for a large sweet tea and a large caramel frappe. Took up 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break for them to hand it out the window. To which they just kept moving us from window to window. Then were confused as to what we were even waiting for because the guy taking orders didn't even take our code. 20 minutes for only two drinks.

Went to the drive-through around 6:30 a.m got a meal and my hash browns were cold and my coffee was warm. Didn't go back because I was already on my way home.
Called to see what time lobby opens. They say in a moment. I wait another 20 min and call again and ask specifically what time the lobby opens and get the same answer. I ride the bus and just wanted to know if i had enough time to get food. Super frustrating considering your google says your 24 hours. If its just drive through thats fine at least specify that

At night time (after 10pm) this place can be a bit troublesome. Not from employees, but the people in the drive thru. Ive seen a fight happen. Just dont pull up if you see a large SUV playing loud music, because more than likely, they'll make the wait horrible. Some people even get rude with the employees! Its friday at night, and these people are tryna do their job; dont be rude to them, they are people too. Be kind. Stay safe.

Honestly, is not so hard to answer a question. I know they're busy, I know is sometimes annoying. Twice I asked about the toys they have and, the way they answered was so rude. They have already talked to me a certain way and tried to go back, but never mind.
