Its a joke i tried signing up for rewards and was told if i play 20 i get 20 for playing well the system was acting up so she goes a manager will be the next day so i go back next day that guy couldnt help me nether but promised another 20 in slot play since i was playing but u would have to come back for it so now i bin calling them everyday trying to get a manager to help me great place if u wanna be dicked around :(

Not a great selection of drinks, bartender didn't know how to pour a beer into a glass and got it all over the bar, didn't even replace it.

The first impression is that I'm not a fan of this spot. I'm guess by the lack of patrons, I'm not the only one who would rather waste cash elsewhere. It's as entertaining as it is busy. (Not at all) I came with a nice amount to play and eat but played a few dollars, lost a few dollars, felt insanely bored and

Staff is always pretty decent. I won a few times so that was awesome. Location isn't in a bad spot But you gotta know where to look. It's pretty much at the back right of the shopping center And like I said if you didn't know it was there you'd drive right by it..All in all the atmospheres always pretty cool and the drinks are always great..

Really enjoy stopping by this place to chat with friends have a cocktail or just play slots. Always clean and the is super nice. Bill. Artie. Jessie. George. Just a bunch of super nice people to be around. Miz Lola's. Craig and Camino el Norte. Wish she had food though.

Awsome wings on game days there on sale also the food is the balm almost always get a Cobb salad pizza ? also favorite. The bartenders take pride in drinks and very friendly

Very great customer service!!! I've been in Lola's 10-15 times and every time I've been to Lola's the bartenders are excellent????Especially the bartender that was working the last time I visit there on 2/13/20 around 9:45pm. I don't recall his name although he did introduce his self. He was even better than excellent!! He had the best personality, friendly, happy, bubbly, approachable, outgoing, just the type of person people want to be around altogether, and excellent customer service skills. Out of 1-5 star rating scale I give him a 10!!! He's off the charts!! He is a perfect bartender!!! With every bartender soon as you walk in and begin to have a seat the bartender was asking if I would like a drink and if I need anything else please let them know. They also come around and check to see if you need anything periodically. Not too much to where it's annoying tho. And although I'm not a regular there I felt like I was that's how welcoming Lola's staff is. Lola's definitely gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
