First time going, it was horrible staff didn’t know how much anything was, ice cream scoop was small for $4.50 and tasted like freezer burn. They have no prices anywhere so when u ring up you realize how expensive they are. Very disappointing.
Very bad service 😡 the strawberries with cream are the worst I have ever eaten. Nothing to see in that place, I don't recommend it. All very bad
I got a mangolada was corn and is was not good, I had better ice cream

This place used to be fantastico. Lately the quality is going down and the price goes up. Mango ice cream was literally freezer burned, hard and claggy with little chunks of ice in it. Mangonadas are now nearly $12 for maybe a 16oz cup, no lid. Actual mango chunks are too big to eat easily. Had to ask for much extra chamoy as they barely used a squirt for it.

Those Mexican ladies in the store are muy friendly! The Mangonada my friend ordered was amazingly yummy with loads of mango at the bottom, little watermelon pieces and Mexican chamoy sprinkles… 5 stars…
Will be back for sure…

I've seen this place so many times and didn't have time to stop in until today. Service was so good. We ordered the cookies and cream ice-cream, pistachio, and plantain nutella. We also ordered elote in a cup and horchata. Our favorites were the horchata and plantain nutella. Definetly try these. We weren't as fond of the elote as it lacked flavor. Overall, 10 out of 10, will come back!

Excellent horchata and great cotton candy ice cream. Friendly employees.
Was a welcome stop ? for a cool and refreshing treat on our bike ride along Craig Rd.
Will most definitely stop in again.
Very pleased.

The portions are small. The fresas con crema is basically strawberry yogurt instead of the original crema. Other snacks purchased were basic. The only thing good was the agua fresca. Not worth your money. The location next to La Bonita on Las Vegas Blvd is way better.

Firstly, if you only have two people ordering one ice cream treat each... you should not have to reach back into your pocket for more cash if you have a 20 out...
25 dollars for a cup with fruit in it and a small/medium banana split is wild.
1. They do not have hot fudge. In a place that sells banana splits/ice cream?
2. They did not have strawberry syrup in stock... basically I could put chocolate syrup on my banana split, my least favorite.
3. The banana split fits in a small hotdog container and costs 12+ dollars without fudge, good syrups, etc... 3 small scoops of ice cream.
Overall, the staff were niceish... and the food tasted okay. It wasn't anything special but not terrible either. However, for that price it should be better and bigger... at a minimum... better!
I know prices are getting wild everywhere and people are struggling but that's just wild.
If the pricing was better, ide give them another go... as is, I won't be back.

Portions are smaller and more expensive. I understand the nationwide inflation but they are going a bit overboard. I will think twice to purchase again. $12 for a mangonada ouch!
I really like this place. The women are really nice. They really help us out and I love their strawberries chamomile ice cream. Honestly reminds me back home in California everything that they had in there love it

I don't like how they have their menu written on a piece of paper instead of showing picture displays like any other ice- cream shop.
They also don't have a lot of variety for aguas, paletas, and nieve.
most likely will not return, but cute little spot.

Cute little place. A little expensive but, the items are good. I would recommend if you want tamales de pollo to call early in the morning. Overall the place is ok.
