Got a Dubai strawberry cup and the strawberries looked old about to go bad and they used Hershey chocolate syrup as the chocolate and I got a elote with hot Cheetos it was underwhelming the elote was hard and bland
The agua fresca was too sweet and the ladies looked annoyed or frustrated maybe they were tired but not a great vibe the only good thing I had was the mangonada that okay
I just wanted to reach out to the owners of this shop. A memory popped up of their dog fresa. I was the one that found her and helped her when she was startled and ran away around fourth of July. Was hoping she is doing well thanks 😊
Do not come here, the people recently employed here are straight up racists along with their manager, if you do not speak Spanish/are Mexican, you are not treated with decent respect, and you will get scammed out of your money!! No one should be treated this way based simply on their race or if they can speak Spanish, these people and their manager should be fired there has been multiple reviews just like this and nothing has been done, no one should have to experience this.
DO NOT COME HERE worst experience there service is horrible none of them speak english they stare at you the entire time you are trying to order they double charge you and make you feel very uncomfortable another lady had the same experience and the food isn’t good enough for them to be acting like that. 😂😂✌️
1-star Review:
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered a drink that I regularly enjoy at similar places, but it wasn’t made well. I politely asked if I could get something different instead. They discarded the original drink, made a new one, and then attempted to charge me again. When I raised a concern, the manager came out and told me that if I didn’t speak Spanish, I shouldn’t have come. That level of disrespect and discrimination is unacceptable. No one should feel unwelcome based on their background or language
Needs Better management service is going downhill unfortunately for this location, Don’t waste your time
First time going, it was horrible staff didn’t know how much anything was, ice cream scoop was small for $4.50 and tasted like freezer burn. They have no prices anywhere so when u ring up you realize how expensive they are. Very disappointing.
Very bad service 😡 the strawberries with cream are the worst I have ever eaten. Nothing to see in that place, I don't recommend it. All very bad
I got a mangolada was corn and is was not good, I had better ice cream

This place used to be fantastico. Lately the quality is going down and the price goes up. Mango ice cream was literally freezer burned, hard and claggy with little chunks of ice in it. Mangonadas are now nearly $12 for maybe a 16oz cup, no lid. Actual mango chunks are too big to eat easily. Had to ask for much extra chamoy as they barely used a squirt for it.

Those Mexican ladies in the store are muy friendly! The Mangonada my friend ordered was amazingly yummy with loads of mango at the bottom, little watermelon pieces and Mexican chamoy sprinkles… 5 stars…
Will be back for sure…

I've seen this place so many times and didn't have time to stop in until today. Service was so good. We ordered the cookies and cream ice-cream, pistachio, and plantain nutella. We also ordered elote in a cup and horchata. Our favorites were the horchata and plantain nutella. Definetly try these. We weren't as fond of the elote as it lacked flavor. Overall, 10 out of 10, will come back!

The portions are small. The fresas con crema is basically strawberry yogurt instead of the original crema. Other snacks purchased were basic. The only thing good was the agua fresca. Not worth your money. The location next to La Bonita on Las Vegas Blvd is way better.
