Since I got there the lady looked at me all rude and didn't even greet us. Than I ordered tostiloco and wanted them how I usually eat them with Repollo and clamato. She told me that it was a hot mess to make them like and thats not the way it should be but I have ate them like that here in Vegas and also in MX. She could have said it nicely or charged me extra. We all like our foods differently so why can't we custom to make when she had all the ingredients.Also it smelled pretty nasty in there.So we ended up leaving.... I don't recommend this place at all.

Don’t recommend. There was a lady and from the start she was very rude. Got fresas con crema as well the milk looked old and it tasted like spoiled milk. Lastly I order nachos and the cheese was brown and tasted spoiled. They also had 1 piece of jalapeño even tho I didn’t order any. For the price and quality it isn’t worth it.

I ordered through grubhub and 3 minutes later, I received an email stating that Paleteria La Michoacana had added a $3 charge because I made a change to my order - except I didn't. I waited until I received my order and they didn't attach a receipt. I even asked the delivery driver and they said the business didn't provide a receipt. It sucks that they probably added a $3 tip for themselves. Can't trust this place and I'm going to warn others not to order from here. I tried calling to ask for clarification, but they don't speak English. When I asked for them to wait, they hung up the phone.

Horrible customer service. The older lady who was serving had a bad temper and was being so rude when she got more customers. If you don't know how to work under pressure you should work customer service. The fact that you have customers waiting gives you no right to treat the client you're serving bad.

I got two scoops of ice cream they were so bad they taste grainy and it had frost bite.The lady was extremely rude when she messed the two flavors I asked for she asked me twice which flavors I wanted and still couldn’t get it right.when she handed me the Ice cream I told her I asked for something else and she said uhhh and that I didn’t.It is pricey for what your getting it’s best to drive to Las Vegas blvd and lake mead to Flor de Michoacán It’s tasty and portion size is great.

They have the best Fresas Con Crema ever they make it just how I like it, not just cream and strawberries, they add all the yummy toppings that just sets it off and I love it, I love the smell and taste! I drive a little further to get mines from here even though I live across the street from a Michoacán because they don't make theirs the same. The only downfall is it's so small, if you catch them at the wrong time you may have to wait outside for awhile. Also the person I come across was not that friendly or welcoming, I get that at times cause I am black so they might be more friendly to their own kind there which doesn't bother me, they give me what I ask for so that's all that really matters to me.
