I ordered food
And because the store put the wrong location on my order they were not able
To deliver my order but marked it as delivered the delivery driver told
Me out her own mouth I’m not
Getting my food and that she was keeping it the store manager Nelson was nasty and told me he could not help me and it was nothing he could do after explaining I couldn’t wait five days for a refund since I didn’t have any other money to feed my family
I would never order with this location again and pray everyone I came encountered with lose their
Jobs they are a bad representation of Panda where I spend my money frequently

Went through the drive thru. Plac3d an order of 2 plates of sesame chicken. We got sweet and sour chicken instead. I wouldn't have minded it, but the sweet and sour chicken has pineapple in it, and I'm very allergic to pineapple. The drive thru girl only did 1 plate instead of 2. Plus, we ordered the honey walnut shrimp and didn’t get it. I was very disappointed with this location. I won't be back anytime soon

I went in today. I placed two orders for my household in advanced and showed up to the drive thru at the time it stated my order will be ready by. I go and the worker tells me I only have one order after I even showed her the confirmation of both orders. How is she gonna tell me how many orders I placed when I’m the one who placed them and both were paid as well. I had to proceed to get off and still waited over 15 minutes to get my other order. This is ridiculous, they shouldn’t send us notifications saying our order is ready if it’s not.

I’ve probably been here 100 times. 4 times I left due to no service. Twice my order has been wrong and they fixed it once.

The girls are mostly nice but did argue both times I called about my order being wrong. I’ve seen the manager working behind the counter twice in those 100 times. Unsure if that means he’s just manages very well or doesn’t work in the morning.
