I ordered through Uber eats they forgot a 14 dollar medium side of honey walnut shrimp told Uber it was a $2 add on and I got robbed of the other $12. I don't understand why I'm being robbed here my receipt litterally shows it for $14. Uber says to contact Panda about it this was last night on 10/27. It's a shame to rob people of food at a time where half the country is about to be struggling to afford food.

First of all the food was cold. I waited in store for order to be completed and even though I waited once I arrived home it was cold. Everything had to be reheated. I only live 1.5 miles away about 3 minute drive. I ordered a family meal with grilled teriyaki chicken and received orange chicken instead. The person prepping my order was on her cell phone while completing the packing or my order. I picked up at 6:40pm on 10/23

My teriyaki chicken didn't smell good, I'm not sure if it was old or sassy out too long but I believe the rice and/ or steak gave me an upset stomach. This isn't the first time, but I'm willing to update my review next time.

This is the 2nd time I order online and they mess up my orders, I ordered family meal for my employees and im missing stuff because it looks like the employees at panda dont understand when to serve twice of the same instead they serve once so now im missing stuff!!!!

Fabi is amazing she’s very patient,professional,& kind!We need more people like her.She prepared all four of my meals & took my payment as well.I love the fact that she doesn’t just throw your food on the tray.she put it together nicely in a timely manner she was very good nice with my baby girls as well THANK YOU FABI For your outstanding work & caring for your customers I’ll have to visit more often again thanks hunn
