Get me once shame on them, get me twice shame on me and them. For the second time in 3 months I got of case of food poisoning from this location. Each time I ordered food after 9 p.m. I had to miss work because of this. I have to assume after 9 they are serving up the bad stuff trying to get rid of it. Eat at your own risk after 9

Asked for the steak which I paid extra for , made me wait abnormally long for my food and didn’t even get what I paid EXTRA for . Horrible service . And this isn’t the first time they’ve done this . Won’t be going to panda no more .

It’s more of the fact that my receipt shows I ordered chowmein and fried rice on my plate when I open my plate all I see is chow main double chow mein portion, which is ridiculous because on the receipt even shows that they put it right, but don’t get the order right also asked for chopstick and the lady refused it’s sad to know that we live in a selective world now or even working is selective on the customer

Last weekend on Sunday 09/14, I had a disappointing experience with the staff here. Most of the employees were rude, lacked professionalism, and spoke to each other in Spanish while staring and laughing at customers. The only person who stood out positively was the young Asian girl—she was polite, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. I even mentioned how uncomfortable it felt that the staff were speaking in another language while serving customers, and she kindly apologized, though it wasn’t her fault.

The food itself comes out fresh and fast, which I appreciate. However, if the staff cannot maintain professionalism and courtesy, it completely ruins the experience.

The reason I’m leaving this review today is because the same thing happened again. This time I went with my girlfriend, who speaks Spanish, and she confirmed that the employees were talking negatively about customers in Spanish. That is unacceptable in any business.

Management needs to step up—train your employees properly, set standards for customer service, and create a welcoming environment for everyone. The food may be good, but the atmosphere your employees create makes people not want to return.
