First time here, food was pretty good, dubose was good and friendly. Did not get a thing to tell me when my order was ready but that is okay. Clean, the only thing is it is pretty expensive, I mean my wife and I went there for lunch had half a salad and half a sandwich each and us came out to over $30. Will go back again as I said it was good, but probably my wife and I will share one next time

It really ticks me off how we drive out of our way to come to panera, only to find out that you're all out of bread bowls, every time we come.
There should be a sign saying welcome to panera, we removed the bread from our sign. Cause we don't have any in the store!
I swear I don't know how hard it is for you guys, but it seems every time we come here. We experience the same thing... a family of four, just like ours walked in, was ready to spend money, and they left just like us because of the lack of bread bowls.
Plz fix this annoyance!

Had a great experience at this Panera location and always do. I work in the area so I have lunch here periodically. It's clean, food always good and fresh, soup is always hot and Mickale is always ready with a smile at the register. Customer service has gone way down since Covid19 so it is refreshing to know at this location your respected and treated nice as a customer. Additionally, Mickale is a reflection of the management team. Thanks guys!! Keep up the great work.???

They were never great to begin with but corporate changed the recipes to be even more flavorless, stale, and bland a few months back. Glad I finally used up my Panera card. If I’m going to spend $15/day on lunch I’d rather not eat ChatGPT made cafeteria food.

They decided to discard all of the unsweetened iced tea 20 minutes before closing because "that's what they always do". I ask a very pointed question on why do they do that, and her response was that's what we do, I'll keep that in mind. I paid $4.11 for a beverage that they decided to not let me have

I paid $20 for a soup and half sandwich, the portions are obviously smaller and because I'll be hungry after I finish this "meal" I won't be coming back here. It's too expensive for me.
