My first time trying Panera was super excited to try the crossiant sandwich and when I was eating the sandwich I felt something hard in my mouth spit it out and it was a plastic ! Workers need to be more careful I’m just glad it was me who had the plastic in the sandwich not my kids, this could’ve gone way worse. I told one of the workers what I found in my sandwich and she said she was sorry. Overall food was good they just need to be more careful .

I'm a gig worker, and I absolutely love going to Panera! The folks there are terrific, and i know a few by name. Orders are either prepared or in process. They have a great monitoring system, so you always know the status of your orders. Good product,good service what's not to like.

I went to Panera Bread around 7:40 pm and ordered a Grilled cheese sandwich with the tomato soup… I was the only one at the drive thru. No one was inside the restaurant as well. And had to wait 20min just to be disappointed with the food. The grilled cheese smelt burned and had dry hard cheese on the crust part. The crust part was also burnt. . Would not recommend to spend your money here….

They decided to close the bathroom at 720 pm to mop in the middle of dinner?? Why not wait till people are gone to mop and close the bathroom?

I really hate coming to this location. The first time I came they were missing ingredients out of my sandwich and are always so rude. So the next time I just ordered a pick up so I get the give my name told me to pull up but there were 3 cars ahead so I wait got to the window the cashier was rude like I was bothering her, and said it’s not ready and pull around the front so I so and was waiting 10 min for my food not counting the other 10min I was waiting in the drive thru. This location is so frustrating. I’ll continue to go to the one in Centennial Center. Love the food I’ll just make the drive to get it. Plus I had to go inside to get my pastries. Then had to wait for that it’s been almost an hour for a 10 min pick up

Sunday 0700. She said No Baked Egg Souffles available. Would normally buy and destroy 3 easily. Asked cashier when they would be ready. She said the ovens were not even on. This response still didn't answer my basic question. I was willing to wait for 45 minutes How long do these take to bake. Maybe they were frozen. First world complaints.
Settled for a chicken avocado sandwich, which was bomb. Americano.

Waited 17 minutes for two sandwiches ordered at the kiosk and it would have been longer if I had not gone to the window myself and asked “how much longer”. The staff was so frazzled trying to figure out out which order went in which bag and the kind lady working the counter said “they’re having a hard time. I would go help but my manager said I can’t”.
