One of the best Panera Bread restaurants I've been to. Specially Leslie at the drive through, amazing customer service. The chicken avocado BLT sandwich was very tasty the chicken noodle soup was also really good, a tiny bit on the salty side but I like my soup a little bit salty. Will not hesitate to go again.

I got very bad service today when I walked into this Panera Bread to pick up an order. The girls behind the counter preparing the orders were very rude and had bad attitudes for no apparent reason. They did not greet me at all. No welcome in, no be right with you, not even a hi. It was even more weird because there was a lady in front of me that was greeted and helped immediately. I was standing directly behind her when she was handed her order. The girl that handed off the order tried to act like she didnât see me smh. She ignored me and turned right around as if I wasnât standing there. The other girl behind the counter looked right at me and didnât say anything either. I didnât get upset because Iâm used to bad service and people being weird in Las Vegas. I didnât say anything and just stood there to see how long it would take for someone that worked there to acknowledge me. Finally, after about 5-7 minutes of me standing there a nice lady that was on the floor asked me if I had been helped. I told her no. She immediately made the workers behind the counter get my order. She saw that the workers were being rude, unprofessional and weird. So much so that she said, âsorry about thatâ. I replied, itâs all good. Because like I said, Iâm used to workers being unprofessional, rude and weird in Las Vegas. If it wasnât for the really nice lady and seemingly only professional person working in there itâs no telling how long I wouldâve been standing there. The service was terrible here and it always smells like burnt bread when I walk in. If it wasnât for that one lady that works there I would have given the service only 1 star.

My first time trying Panera was super excited to try the crossiant sandwich and when I was eating the sandwich I felt something hard in my mouth spit it out and it was a plastic ! Workers need to be more careful Iâm just glad it was me who had the plastic in the sandwich not my kids, this couldâve gone way worse. I told one of the workers what I found in my sandwich and she said she was sorry. Overall food was good they just need to be more careful .

I'm a gig worker, and I absolutely love going to Panera! The folks there are terrific, and i know a few by name. Orders are either prepared or in process. They have a great monitoring system, so you always know the status of your orders. Good product,good service what's not to like.
