I came here just two days ago around dinner time. I asked the woman at the register what was in the chicken roma and she already had an attitude to start off, but when i asked for the ingredients she was RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I asked her if she could put extra arugula and she told me they were only allowed 1 serving of argula per sandwich. BS! 🤬🤬 I asked for her name and it was something like Jayvon, not sure I did not want to stay any longer with her attitude. She was not wearing a name tag either. Incredibly rude staff.

As a realtor, I've visited many Panera Bread locations, and the E. Craig Rd. location is easily one of my favorites. The store is always clean, the staff is welcoming and friendly, the service is consistently good, and the food is always well-prepared.

My go to spot for grabbing something to eat while on duty with limited time. Fast, Friendly, and Efficient. When I have expressed concerns to the staff they assist promptly and get it taken care of.

The absolute worst customer service experience I've had the displeasure of dealing with at a Panera location.
Ordered for delivery and my drink was forgotten. Called the store and said there was nothing they could do for because it was the driver's fault and would not offer to send me replacement beverage, and because it was sip club, wouldn't credit me back any part of order.
The woman who answered the phone was completely unhelpful saying nothing could be done which is an unacceptable answer.

why the hell do I go pick up my to-go order with nothing but soup and salad, which I specified I needed utensils for and I got none ? How am I supposed to eat this soup with no damn spoon ?
