I hadn't had Papa Johns in a long time so I wanted to give it a try. Frankly, the pizza was ok... Not bad, just ok. It's as good as all the other pizza franchises. The employees were professional, efficient, and friendly... The pizzas were ready on time and were correct. It was worth the price and I would buy from them again, given the right situation.

Ordered from Uber eats. This has to be the worst pizza/wings or anything in las vegas. These people can't cut a pizza! The pizza was very dough and gross. Those "boneless garlic parmesian" was laughably terrible. It was clearly microwaved by the time it came to my home it was cold🤣. It was TV dinner bad🤣 this pizza shops better off shutting down its diabolical how bad they seem to be at everything. Ordered one other time before but wasn't this bad

I placed an order for delivery ahead of time for 3:45pm and it did not get there until 4:55pm! So what is the point of setting up a delivery time if its not going to be met. On top of that the pizza wasn't very hot.

Terrible service times. Pickup order was supposed to be ready between 7:06 & 7:16. It was not ready until 7:37.

Great pizza, but absolutely horrible customer service with extremely long wait times. The pizza could be completed and all you have to do is give a name, get the finished pizza and leave. Total time should be no more than 30 seconds or a minute. Twice in a row now that it's taken more than 5 minutes just to get a pizza that was supposedly done cooking. Here's how the most recent fiasco went.
Ordered a pizza on a Friday night for carryout. It was suppose to be ready by 5:48. I got down there at 5:50 and the app showed it was ready. Walked into a store and saw around 5 people making pizzas, someone on the back computer (presumably the manager), someone putting cooked food into boxes, and 2 people by the registers. Told the first guy at the register that I had a pickup, gave the name on the order, and they did a half-hearted look among the 6-10 completed pizza orders on the racks. He said they didn't have it, but said nothing else so I waited thinking with how busy they were, maybe the 'system' was faster than they could actually cook it. This was my first mistake. After waiting for 10 or so minutes and seeing a couple people come in, show their phone and get their pizzas immediately, I tried the same. I showed the phone with the ready order to the first guy, gave the name again, and he still couldn't find the pizza. Another 10 minutes go by and a lady comes in to pick up a pizza. The second guy on the register assists her. He says she was order #16 and they were working on order #8, so it would be about 20 minutes. I then asked him about my order. He looks up the order in the system, says it was #88, which should have long been done. He looks around, says "what is going on?", can't find it, then goes to talk to the manager. Around 6:19 (31 minutes into this whole ordeal), he tells me the manager will look into it but he has to leave, either end of shift or to make deliveries. At this point, I should have just requested them to remake it or cancel the order, but that was mistake #2. By 6:38, the manager has never talked to me. I can only assume the person I made eye contact at a couple times was the manager, but no one appears to have acknowledged that I existed and I was getting very frustrated. That's when I told the first guy to just cancel the order as I've been there for about an hour at that point and just went to Pizza Hut. While he's cancelling the order he asks for the name, which I give it a 3rd/4th time. He apparently can't find it, so he asks for the last name. He then finds the name, cancels the order and I verified that it was indeed #88, so the other guy was locating the correct order.
The first guy appeared to not have any concern with my issues and just shrugged it off. The second guy appeared competent and I don't blame him for any of this. I have no idea what happened to the pizza or how they screwed up, but between the first guy and the manager, something must improve. No one should be standing around in a cramped 4'x10' waiting area for almost an hour without a missing order getting some sort of priority/attention. While this is not something that would cause me to stop ordering Papa Johns, it is something that needs to be shared so things can change. Please do better.

I ordered a large with a chocolate cookie at 2:54 and got here at 4:22. We spoke to the manager and said it was only 20 minutes. We asked for a refund and she didn't want to do it. She was very rude. I'll never buy from that location again. Bad customer service and very unprofessional.

First and last time going back. I ordered a large 3 meat pizza with ham, pepperoni a sausage. The pizza was just thrown together. Not even justified with the meats. I was so disappointed when I got home and opened the box. I spent $16.00 on a pizza that was tasteless and very underwhelming. What a first impression.

I placed an order through the app for two large pizzas. It was nice to be able to track the progress of my food. When I arrived my order was correct, and my pizza was piping hot. I have no complaints!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Papa John’s that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order at 12 PM for a 5:30 PM delivery, expecting a timely and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, my pizza did not arrive until 6:07 PM, over half an hour late.
To make matters worse, the pizza was cold and unappetizing, far from the quality I anticipated. Hoping to resolve the issue, I called and spoke with the manager on duty, Lindsey. Regrettably, her response was far from professional. She displayed an attitude that suggested the problem was mine to deal with, rather than offering any form of apology or solution.
Overall, this experience was quite frustrating and left me dissatisfied with both the service and the product. I hope Papa John’s takes steps to improve their customer service and delivery reliability in the future.

Guy was rude on the phone when my sister called for my order and saw my Buddhist tattoo and told me “god bless you” when I came to pick up my pizza. I’ve never had a bad experience here and even have some fond memories here from when I was a teen makes me sad.
XL New York w/ pepperoni and meatball was good. Cinnamon Pull Parts were good. Boneless wings were about average.
But, if you want only one tiny meatball per slice you won't be let down!

Slow delivery and cold pizza by their partner doordash. They have really gone downhill by outsourcing their deliveries
