Papa Johns Pizza

Finally getting around to posting my review about this, and customers need to know what's happening here. Without fail every time we order a pizza here, it tastes terrible and my family gets sick and now we know why. The first time we thought it was a fluke, the second time we saw that all the sauces had expired by OVER A MONTH. I went in to let them know I'd received expired food, and the guy LAUGHED and said, "Yeah that happens all the time." He walked away and REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Better ingredients, huh? More like EXPIRED ingredients. Can't wait till this place gets shut down.

This Papa John's used to be Amazing! I waited a few months to write a review just to give the new manager the benefit of a doubt. Since the guy left, a young blonde haired girl took over and it's become the worst Papa John's by far.. The wait times have literally quadrupled and the food quality has gone down, not to mention the poor customer service and bad attitude. I don't recommend coming here anymore and I hope Papa John's does something about this. I'll bet the ratings and orders have dropped since little Caesars is actually better than coming here. As a Door Dasher I'll never accept orders here anymore as it is not worth the wait..

Ordered online and had to wait 35 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. 6 pm on a Friday night and 2 people working. 4 people in line ahead of me and nobody being helped or even spoken to for like 15 minutes. I usually order here about once a week. I’m done. I hope they go out of business.

Terrible. Not enough cheese. They messed up the toppings and forgot the garlic butter. It wasn't in either one of the boxes. Won't come back.

3/4 items were undercooked with RAW dough. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and 2 papadias. 1 pizza turned into a large and the dough is cooked and thin in some areas and thick and undercooked in other areas. The second pizza, they put ranch sauce instead of alfredo, made it a stuffed crust, and the dough is also uneven across the whole pizza. The 2 papadias are completely under cooked with raw dough in the middle. We can't even eat most of our food that we ordered. And on top of that, all the items were missing the garlic sauce and the pepperoncini. I definitely will not be ordering from this papa johns again.

**UPDATE: Not even an hour after taking a few bites of food and my family and I all are starting to feel sick

This specific location - employees were hanging outside with friends while I waited for pizza. Got home and pizza was doughy, couldn't get any resolution so I had to order and pay for an entire new order delivered that night.

I paid a pizza but this day we have a outage power in whole neighborhood. This Papa Johns restaurant had outage power too. But never my pizza was delivered. I called a lot of times to claim my refund and tI have called many times to claim my money and they tell me that the money was returned. But I look at my credit card account and the money has not been received by my bank. Have they stolen my money 38 dollars? I dont believe that. No pizza no money.

My pizza didn’t show up until 2 hours after I ordered. My pizza was cold, gard, and not even fully cut. $75 and two hour wait for my order to be incorrect and cold.

Worst Papa John's ever. Put in an order. I got called back from them saying the ovens are down & I asked for my money back. It's been over 2 weeks & has also called them twice. No return still.

I must give a huge round of applause to Armando for his outstanding performance! When I called with a complaint from another store, he swiftly stepped in, thinking outside the box and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. I wholeheartedly recommend that he be tasked with training others, particularly Chance from the Farm Road location, who is in dire need of coaching on delivering excellent customer service.

Armando's grace and effectiveness in handling the situation have left a lasting impression on me. I'm willing to drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way, solely because of the remarkable assistance he provided. Well done, Armando!
