We love papa johns but this location has messed up our order 3 times in a row. First time they completely forgot the pepperoni. Second time ordered garlic parm boneless wings and was given garlic knots. Third time ordered alfredo sauce and was given tomato. And the quality of the food has significantly decreased. We will no longer be using this location. We would rather drive to the further location across town.

Pretty tasty but it made my girlfriend fart all night. I didn't even know she could fart and now the whole bedroom smells like sour milk and old beans. I can't get the dogs to come back in here and they usually love my farts. I think something could be seriously wrong.

Edit: actually the last few started smelling pretty good so I'm adding a star.

I just had to share this because Uber is refusing my refund đŸ˜© I was so excited I haven’t had Papa John’s in forever but my pizza showed up not even cut, no pepperoni, no pepperoncini, no garlic butter, and it looks and tastes like a thin frozen pizza thrown in a Papa John’s box 😒 major disappointment.

I love Papa John's pizza, but this location is probably the worst one I've been to. On 1 occasion, I went to pick up my pizza, waited over 5 mins while the workers pretended not to see me. I had to cough loudly to get any response. I love just a plain cheese pizza, and sometimes my pizzas would be missing a good portion of cheese. Maybe once it could be an accident, twice was probably cooking too fast, but more than 3 times, I can only assume somebody must not like me. I can't understand how the quality of Papa John's restaurants has dropped so much in these recent years.

Horrible ! I placed an order over $100 paid with my card, and they just canceled it . I called in and the person on the phone said the manager called me but they did not, and then canceled my order. And then proceeded to not give me a reason. Why would you cancel an order that is already paid for. Honestly papa John’s who where is running your store is killing your sales. Order of over 100$ canceled that was already paid for. Make it make sense. Los $100 in sales and lost the person delivering the order a pretty nice cash tip.

I ordered the Ultimate Pepperoni pizza, and this is what I got, very few pepperoni, as you can see. This store constantly skimps on ingredients, which is why I usually order from Marcos because they make your pizza the way you order it. I gave Papa John's another try to make their pizza the way they advertise, but they didn't even come close. Stop ordering from this store unless you like getting ripped off. This is the last time I ordered from them. Good luck if you still order from this place.

This is the worst eatery I've ever been to. The worst customer service of all time. When you enter they don't say a word. Sometimes they turn and glance then go back to ignoring you. How long does it take for them to do one part of their job (customer service)? About 10 minutes. Look- I get it. I've worked retail I've worked food service I've worked for Michelin star restaurants, but this is not acceptable.

I recently placed an order through the Papa John’s website for three large pizzas: one cheese, one pepperoni, and one with pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. While adding the pizzas to my cart, I initially forgot to include pineapple on the sausage and pepperoni pizza. When I went back to edit that specific pizza, I simply clicked the “veggies” option to add pineapple, not realizing that doing so would remove the other toppings from the pizza. I assumed the pepperoni and sausage toppings were still part of the order, so I proceeded to checkout without double-checking. Unfortunately, when I picked up my order and got home, I discovered that the pizza only had pineapple on it. Naturally, I was upset and called the store to explain the situation. The store associate I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand the mistake or offering a solution, she questioned why I would order a pineapple-only pizza if that wasn’t what I wanted. I explained the issue again, but she insisted there was nothing she could do. I understand that the mistake may have occurred during the online ordering process, but I genuinely believe it could have been resolved easily by remaking the pizza with the correct toppings and charging me the difference if necessary. I was more disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help than with the pizza itself.

Absolutely horrible service. Firstly, the call center to place an order had a snobby representative who had no interest in answering my questions and transferred me to the store. Then, when I was transferred to the store, they told me they could not take my order, and I would have to place my order on an app or with the call center. This store uses a third-party delivery service, DoorDash. I called multiple times to check on my order and was told the DoorDash driver picked up the order. When I called the store and asked to be transferred to the driver, I was given a phone number, which, when I called twice, did not go through both times. After one hour, I was called by the store and told that the DoorDash driver returned my order to the store without explanation. For any delivery orders, I will only ever order Domino's. We will never do business with this store, and I HIGHLY recommend that nobody else does.

Finally getting around to posting my review about this, and customers need to know what's happening here. Without fail every time we order a pizza here, it tastes terrible and my family gets sick and now we know why. The first time we thought it was a fluke, the second time we saw that all the sauces had expired by OVER A MONTH. I went in to let them know I'd received expired food, and the guy LAUGHED and said, "Yeah that happens all the time." He walked away and REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Better ingredients, huh? More like EXPIRED ingredients. Can't wait till this place gets shut down.

This Papa John's used to be Amazing! I waited a few months to write a review just to give the new manager the benefit of a doubt. Since the guy left, a young blonde haired girl took over and it's become the worst Papa John's by far.. The wait times have literally quadrupled and the food quality has gone down, not to mention the poor customer service and bad attitude. I don't recommend coming here anymore and I hope Papa John's does something about this. I'll bet the ratings and orders have dropped since little Caesars is actually better than coming here. As a Door Dasher I'll never accept orders here anymore as it is not worth the wait..
