Food was cold and no seasoning! Seating took over 15 minutes and there was only one person sitting down to eat. Service was horrible

I hate that I live close to this location but find myself going out my way to the spring mountain location because it’s always quality FRESH food brought out.
I gave this location 2 chances & both times they brought out a COLD seafood boil. me & my friend had to send it back & then when it camr back its the same boil we just had but this time extremely overcooked 🙃 I couldn’t even crack my crab legs in half.
When I visited today the boil was ok but then I had a cold potato???? won’t be back

I used to love coming to this location but at this point the atmosphere in there changed I don’t know if too many people dined and dashed or what but my boil bag wasn’t too good the sauce has changed they barely give you sauce a few of the workers was RUDE including the ones at the front and the one who served the food I’m very disappointed

Absolutely the best. Drinks are strong as heck and the food is great especially if you get the mixtures right and the right amount of spice. The staff was awesome and super easy to get a hold of when you got food soaked hands

I've had several great experiences up until today, 6/21/25. I ordered my usual, and it usually takes 15ish minutes, which is understandable, but today, it came out less than 5 minutes after being ordered, and there was no flavor in the crab. Yes it was sitting in sauce but, the crab itself was dry and bland. This was the first time I've ever felt the need to give food back. Usually I can stomach it and move on but this, after so many great experiences here? Maybe it's just the cook that was scheduled for today? I'm not sure.. but im not sure if I'll come back now...

Came in with some friends to enjoy a lunch, but our server was straight up rude. Cause apparently asking for a beer was too much and said there are 4 signs around the bar saying its closed and I did not see the signs. Let alone that the signs she pointed out to were written in pen so kinda hard to see. Any way the attitude was horrible and did not appreciate that at all. Go elsewhere if you dont want attitude.

I love shrimp boil if my favorite food, every time I go I always have excellent service grate staff the comes very fast we don't have a long waiting time

Loved it. Service was excellent. Good ol fashioned messy finger foods.
I did'nt get a drop on my clothing. They provide the bibs and large wetnaps.
The seafood was cooked perfect.. shrimp: tender and fat.
Price was very fair. The spices were just perfect, we had the 88 special blend. I will definately come back. It's one of my favorites and i am very picky.
