Pinkbox Doughnuts

Pink box has the worst customer service. As a vegan, I find it very frustrating that I cannot call a store and ask about availability. The vegan donuts often sell out and they aren’t even available on any deliveries service menus. I wanted to call and ask if they would give me the vegan one if I ordered a regular one since it’s not on the menu to order a vegan option. Pink box should have the option to answer their phones at the stores to give customers the availability of items. I’m not going to drive 20+ minutes to a store just to find out that it’s sold out.

If you're looking for your favorite donut, you're probably wasting your time at this branch. Their inventory is always low. I've come four times to buy certain donuts, and they never have them. It's frustrating.

$4 for a blueberry fritter that was dried out and burnt. Couldn't eat more than two bites.

Their employees have the audacity to ask for a tip for dropping two donuts on top of each other in a bag.

The place is cute, the variety is large & the service is great.

However, while the donuts are fun they're wayyy too sweet. Almost inedible & that's coming from someone with a huge sweet tooth.

Buy the donut. Tske the picture and enjoy one bite! Lol

Apparently, the employees can only count up to 12, because I ordered 14 donuts and was missing 2 of them. When each donuts is at least 2 bucks apiece, if not 3 or higher, I expect to get everything I order. Better off buying g donuts from smiths or something, at least they'll sell you everything you pay for.
