Placed an order from this location. waited over an hour to get my food, 2 pizzas, wings, and cheese sticks, just for the wings to be missing. Called them to ask about the wings, and they offered me a $9 store or to wait another hour for my wings. This will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut, quality of food, and service has really tanked over the years.

I ordered a pizza through doordash and it arrived all burnt, I had to eat a burnt pizza of bad taste and a pasta that was burnt on top and cold on the bottom. I really wanted a pizza but I will never order here again

I can’t rate based on service and atmosphere because I ordered through Postmates. But this pizza was lacking everything. I ordered a medium hand tossed bacon, pineapple, and jalapeño with extra cheese and regular marinara. It was mid to say the least. It wasn’t the worst pizza I ever had but it could’ve been better. It seemed like they were being pretty stingy with the toppings. There was really only like two jalapenos and two pieces of pineapple on each piece and the marinara was nonexistent. Not worth $30…

I can't imagine ordering from anywhere but this Hut. Telephone order takers have always been polite, my deliveries are always great, my delivery drivers are top notch, and my food is excellent, as in the order being correct and flavorfull. Great job to this Hut!!

The most dry pizza I've ever had. Not to mention wrong toppings and cold. I had built up the anticipation for a Halloween Pizza party for my students only to let them down with whatever you would call this. Calling it bread would be an insult to bread. I was embarrassed to serve it to my students.
I selected them because they were still open. A member refused to turn down his mic that was causing the phone to echo every response I gave. I asked him to turn his mic down. He then demanded i take my phone of speaker (it wasn't on). I then tried to explain before hanging up. Tried calling back and got hung up on. Your employee cost you a customer. I regret considering them.

My name is Jacqueline Last Night I place I waited for my after No One was going to deliver it to me , i was informed when I called and I went to go pick it up and It was all cold Bread sticks for my husband were cold and I never got my ranch or my soda , I want a refund for my online order im very upset and disappointed cause this experience I paid $110 For cold good and uncompleted order I never had such a bad experience to even write a review and completely understand if your short staff on drivers but no one wants to wait or pick up Cold food and plus not have it compete after working a Double shift and this was your first meal ,my 110$ Order #3240604221639001412026612
Ordered a melt and was disappointed. When you think of a melt you expect cheese but it lacked cheese, barely had any on it and it was over cooked so it dried out. Dinner sucks smh
