Since the manager change its going down hill. I paid on line and when I got there the cash tried to pressured me to give a tip. And the employees were talking while I was waiting to be helped, I waited almost 10 minutes before someone came to the counter to help me.

I had to make another review for this place. This time the pizza was good however, the staff at this location were incredibly impolite. Despite being visible and greeting them, they completely ignored me for a good three minutes. Even when the cashier finally appeared, her expression seemed to imply annoyance at my presence. This frustration compounded after multiple instances of being disregarded by the staff in the back.

Tonight we had the best personal pan pizzas and breadsticks. My wife had to call in just to ask who made the order. Jairee (I hope I spelled it right) answered the phone and said he was the chef. Not only can he make one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time but his customer service was on point. Thank you so much for giving us a great end to our day!
