Pizza Hut

On Super Bowl Sunday, February 9, 2025, approximately 4:15 pm, I ordered pizza online for delivery to my home. The pizza was cold by the time it was delivered. The pepperoni lover’s pizza did not have very much pepperoni. I did not receive my 8 piece boneless chicken order that I paid for. I called the store & was on the phone on hold for approximately 40 minutes. I hung up because nobody answered the phone. Submitted a comment in the app articulating my experience and provided my mobile number requested that someone call me. It is Wednesday, February 12, 2025, to date no one called me. This is very disappointing.

Ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and 6-piece chicken wings. Order came up to $60 (prior to tip). They used DoorDash for delivery. Chicken wings were missing and cannot get ahold of the store. Will never order from the East Tropical location again! Buyer beware.

Young Lady took our order and was very enthusiastic and kind in sharing their current specials. We chose the "Big Box" She said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and after a short drive from the VA hospital, it was indeed ready. Friendly staff, clean environment, and great location (for us) 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

For the price the pizza was very small.also the toppings are very stingy.

Pizza hut used to be a dine in restaurant where I wanted to take the family. Now it’s take out only and every time I’ve ordered pizza, the taste was disappointing. Used to be a great pizza…
Go to Marco’s instead. No dine in there either which is a let down, but every pizza I’ve gotten there was 100% worth it.

They have a mini personal pizza with four boneless wings for $7. It's an amazing deal that your kids will love. Just try it, you won't regret it!

Should’ve read the reviews first and lowered my expectations or ordered elsewhere. My pizza is burned and the audacity you have to still deliver it is beyond me. You could’ve just borrowed $25

Is there any possible way I can talk to someone about my order which was placed about an hour ago? I've been on hold for about 20 minutes

If I could give 0 stars I would i place an order at 1700, I’m waiting for my pizza at work it never shows up or they have it to the wrong person either or I never received my pizza spent $25. Now I called the store to find out where is my pizza they keep transferring me over to another department and I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes plus just to see where my pizza is. Now I’ve tried calling the restaurant and I get cut off and transferred over to the same department I’m in hold with, I tried asking for a manager and a team member hangs up on me. This place is sad so Pizza Hut just robbed me $25 bucks.

Third time ordering from here usually they mess up by just not giving me the sauces I paid for twice but now this third time I didn’t receive a whole part of my meal called the store was on hold for 30 min never answered and this was a delivery as well pooor so pissed to have spent 60$ and not have my entire order
