Had horrible experience here. A white older lady with glasses maybe manger or whoever on shift has problem with Doordashers. I had 2 pizza pick ups, She wants me to cancel, one pizza order because other one is not ready and I can’t deliver 1st one and come back twice, I tried to but DoorDash won’t let me. I do not work for her company PizzaHut it’s 3rd party work for DoorDash! I just pick up and she had rude attitude saying she doesn’t care if I have to cancel an order ruin on my end for canceling orders. I can’t cancel orders for no reason ? I get in trouble with DoorDash for false reports when canceling . Pizza Hut you lazy broke establishment Go back to hiring your own drivers you bums DoorDash drivers make living to if you don’t like the DoorDash system complain to DoorDash Don’t take it on your drivers their for pick up doing our job, Get your crap together Giving broke Back energy for higher up chain

I ordered a custom new Yorker not a hard order. The order was a new Yorker pizza with pineapple and extra cheese. What was delivered was a normal new Yorker with peperoni. Yall want $30 from me and can't make a simple pizza. I called the store at 14:39 on 09/16/24 but no one answered. Yall are getting weird and I'm not happy about this.

An order was placed online with the option for pickup, once realized it should have been delivered the store was immediately called to ask for delivery instead and the lady refused to change it or even inquire about it. Had to take public transportation just to pick up an order this is ridiculous.
