For the second time I received an incomplete order, I realized at home when I spoke on the phone that the option was to return for my missing combination or send me a discount coupon on my next purchase, a coupon that I am still waiting for, the restaurant cashiers were very friendly and helpful. The rest is not up for discussion. They can improve and make sure that the takeout order is complete. The coleslaw is not like before. They need to improve it. The macaroni and cheese is very sweet. It could be better.

I have always come here because the nuggets with honey mustard is one of the best things my friends and family and I have ever tried, like truly amazing. Well I stopped by again after not having been here for a year or two, and the honey mustard is no longer offered. Sad to say but that’s the whole reason I went and I was so excited just to be crushed by that. I tried the ranch and bbq, and to be honest I’d rather just go to McDonald’s and get nuggets now. The nuggets are still good but the sauce sucks.

Foods usually good we like the grilled chicken but we have to call 30-40 minutes ahead to get it. They don't have It available all the time and the staff doesn't care about customers I won't say rude just a bothered feeling. They don't want to serve you They don't care if you called ahead etc I guess serving grilled chicken is a problem it must be difficult. So foods usually a 4 star but service is 1 star every time.

She was very friendly and courteous and she took care of me and my order like she owns the place. Could have been the owner for all I know. First time here. I used to go to the one in the mission district in SF. This meal was very hot, fresh, and comforting. Tasted like it was cooked with love. Thank you for the amazing meal. I am very full and all I got was the chicken sandwich and Mac and cheese. I will be back again especially when I need a pick me up and a good comfort meal. Thank you for the pickles and the coupons. The people working were very sweet.

This was one of my favorite chicken spots... but as of late the quality of chicken has not been good at all... the chicken doesn't get cleaned properly at all with a lot of fat still present... The meat is also tough... I also almost puked it up as a result of the carelessness... Yesterday day was the final straw... I will never go back here.
