I bought three meals and when I got home, my sandwich was missing and then when I came back for my sandwich, I brought my receipt and the lady told me that she gave me my sandwich. She even showed me some video, but to me the video didn’t prove anything and she wouldn’t give me a new sandwich. I think this is so messed up like to think that I paid for something and didn’t get it and came back for it and then she’s standing there arguing with me and not giving me my sandwich. !!!!

The entire vibe is terrible. Staff is rude and slow. Just makes you not want to spend your money here. Aliana made it clear she didn’t want to be there. Forest and last time here.

I ordered the 4 piece chicken with a side of Mac and Cheese. When I opened the container and attempted to dip my fork in to get a bite. I noticed the top was very hard and thick. When I pulled the fork out, a huge chunk of thick, disgusting cheese came with it. It's like they put a small scoop of actual Mac in the container and then dumped WAY too much cheese on top and microwaved it until the cheese was hard and burned. DISGUSTING!!!!!! Popeyes. you destroyed my favorite side item!!! How could you do this to Mac and Cheese?!?! Have you no appreciation or respect for the melty, velvety comfort food lovers across the nation?!? This is an atrocity and an affront to cheese. You smother cooked macaroni noodles with blended, melted delicious cheese!! It's something wrong when the cheese topping looks like a tangerine!!! WHAT HAVE YOU PEOPLE DONE?!? As I type this, I continue looking at this chunky orange sticky mess and grieve the food that could have been, should have been... and then I gag and heave. And that's the impression your establishment received from me on this day. How can I ever trust you again? How can we move forward from this? It's all in your hands now, I've done all I can do here.

This popeyes is ok but that worker Ronaldo is very rude to his costumers he was giving me attitude when I was nice. And my friends also ordered from here and said the same thing about him not my place to say but they should really fire him!!

Chicken strip always dry and skinny this the second time I ordered and they was like this

Ordered cheese curds and he took them from an order than someone didn't pick up
Greasy, seeping through bag and ice cold. ( My son and I saw him do it.) Charged me $2.99 for a small empty cup for water. Chicken sandwich was terrible, very greasy. Rude behavior. Worst Popeyes I've ever been too.

This place is the best Popeyes in Vegas and the staff is amazing. I drive 30 miles just so I can dine at this location
