So I came to this location at 10 o’clock, an hour before they closed, and they refused to make me any chicken saying that they’re cleaning their fryers. Dameon was so rude and told me to leave his establishment. Never coming back!!!!

Service is something to be desired.... Would have given four stars IF they had dirty rice..... Some Popeyes do.... I worked for them yrs ago back east

I will drive across town to another location before I come to this place.

i ordered on oct 11 2024 during the night shift, i ordered on uber eats and when i showed up to the drive thru, the girl gave me so much attitude and blamed me for someone else picking up MY order. never got my food nor any sort of refund from this location or uber eats. would not recommend ordering from this location, just drive 5-10 min to a much better location, i bet they spit in food based on how combative/argumentative the girl i talked to was

Ordered a 16 piece meal chicken was not done it had hard dark clumps of batter and when I tried to call the store to let them know no one answered. I am super disappointed and this is the second time this has happened at this Popeyes. I would love a refund or something

Dave’s chicken and chick fil a are up the street. I ate there instead & got a refund from here. I’ll never spend my money here AGAIN!

In the middle of me ordering wings someone rudely took over and My order was completely wrong! I tried to eat it anyways because I was hungry and didn’t return it because I was tired from a long days work. I could only stand to eat the leg which was slimy and old. Red beans were undercooked. I was very upset

I used to love popeyes the quality and taste of tge food and great prices Not this location but the franchise in general its a very sad how high the food is I shouldn't be charge 5 bucks for a small Mac & cheese horrible.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes for them to take my order the manger is rude I would not recommend coming here

My friend and I have been waiting to get Popeyes and we’re even exited to go, when we got to the drive thru the lady kept laughing at random things none the less we kept talking, we ordered 2 number 2’s which is the ghost pepper chicken sandwhich with bacon inside, we pay for our food and leave, we decided to stop somewhere to eat we open the bag and look at our sandwich’s there’s no bacon just literally bread ghost pepper chicken n bread.
as soon as my friend finishes his food he left, at this point I’ve already finished my food too and my stomach started to hurt, I had to pull off from the road to throw up, I know this feeling it’s food poisoning.
after a couple hours I get a call from my friend saying he thinks the workers have done something to his food, because he was throwing up earlier. He ended up not going to school the next day because he kept throwing up. I will never be coming back to this place, and I hope you guys don’t too.

Every time I come here, the employees aren't listening. I keep having my order come back wrong (no where does plain mean "take off everything but the mayo"), either it's taken down wrong, or it comes back wrong. When I can get it right, the food is good. It just takes some getting there. And to the only employee with a lick of sense to question the idea that someone ordered *just* six sandwiches and asked, "was it six or two," thank you for being a better listener than the guy who took the damn order. You are the saving grace of that place.

Manager took my order and was very aloof and didn't seem to appreciate my order after I spent $50.00.

Went to the location on North 5th St first. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Popeyes RAN OUT OF CHICKEN! How does a chicken fast food place run out of chicken?!?

What had happened was there were too many “Door Dash” type orders and instead of fulfilling the orders of the patrons inside the store, they gave the remaining chicken to the take out places.

One gentleman there was waiting over an HOUR for his order while the staff was handing out Door Dash orders.

When my husband asked what was going on he was addressed by an extremely NASTY manager! “I can’t give you what we don’t have” was his answer to why was there no chicken!

We left and went to the Craig location where we were taken great care of!! Polite staff, food hot and fresh. And quick service. I would recommend the Craig location any time but stay away from N 5th St and any cost!

My food was cold, tasted like it had been left out all day, and they didn't even get my order right. I definitely won't be coming back😠
