This is the 4th time ordering food from this location since they’ve opened. Their service is horrible. They have messed up my order each time. That was my last time going there.

There's some.constructiom in the parking lot, but they're still open for business.
The food I received was freshly prepared and piping hot. Great job Popeyes! People do like hot, freshly prepared food.

There is some construction in the parking lot, but this location is open for business.
There were a few cars in the parking lot and three cars in the drive thru. I opted to use the drive thru for placing my order, 2 piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy. The food was piping hot which is always a plus. I went there around noon. There wasn't a long wait at all in the drive thru.
I'd come back to this location and recommend it for anyone wanting lunch, dinner, or a quick snack.

I did the drive through ordering, I was the only one in line, was told to pull up to the front as it would take five minutes for the chicken to be done. Ten minutes went by and still no chicken. Five minutes later the worker came out with an order and went from car to car until he realized it was mine but missing the biscuits. I asked about them and he said he would be right back. I waited another five minutes and went into the store to ask about the biscuits, he had forgotten about it. The service wasn't good and the sad part was that it was a slow day. Things happen but I won't be going back to that location.

Only thing i had a problem with was the mac and cheese was half the bowl size. Like it was already small, fill it up. Like literally 2 spoon bites.

Just a horrible experience. What makes it worst is that I come here about once a week to be disappointed each time. This time I ordered from home. Decided because I always get parked to give them more time by running an errand first. Even after the errand and I get to the store. I still get parked and proceed to wait another 15 minutes (25+ minutes) in total for an order I ordered from home. Then to top it off. When I get home I’m missing a wing missing from my 5 piece. Could’ve been my 13th reason. Please do better. This is ridiculous.

The food is delicious, including my current favorite fast food fries. They destroy Canes and ChikFilA.
However, the service at this location is bad. It shouldn't take forty minutes to get six tenders and two small fries. When you order on the app, there is no excuse for giving me the wrong person's order after you double checked my name.
Incompetence would be much more excusable if it were done by friendly people. But the service here is usually indifferent and occasionally rises to the level of polite. I will give them credit that they have never been rude but they certainly never make me feel welcome. I suspect that the employees are badly paid and badly treated by ownership/management but who knows.
This was my third visit. I think from now on, I'll drive a little farther to the location on Craig. Or settle for slightly worse food from far friendlier people at the Jack in the Box on Losee and Centennial

I love Popeyes chicken but we came to dine in at 9.19 pm customer was still in line at the counter to order. When was my turn to order They told me the dining in was closed and to go in my car and order through the drive-thru . When in the app said they close at 11 pm

It's a hit or miss on the quality consistency. It's juicy, crunchy and moist most times. I guarantee if you order anything out of the norm your order will not be correct. Don't drive off until you thoroughly check your order.

Waited 15 min to get my food after ordering from the drive thru. Only for half my order to be missing. Glad I checked before I left. First visit here was when it opened and wasn't impressed. This is the second and last visit.

this is my first food review that I've written in a while... this Popeyes here is just consistently bad, and today was the last straw.. they gave me 'one and two halves' of some tenders. the service is usually like this...little things that You *could* go back to the restaurant and complain about but eh......but this! i'm missing a whole tender!
