It’s sad to be solicited at the drive thru window for a tip before you even receive your sloppy made sandwich and week old brownie. The service here is as desperate as the store location. Pass on this one if you can. This hurts to review a POS location like this as we are lovers of the brand.

Just one of my favorite sub sandwich stops. The deli meat is always cut fresh, and the cheese is always cut fresh. It has a great variety and a large selection. I prefer Port of Subs over its opponent.

Ordered food 11 o'clock in the morning driver calls at 1 o'clock and says he's in front of the winn on the strip when he's supposed to be delivering to North Las Vegas then we wait another 35 minutes call back they canceled the order because I didn't answer the phone which is a lie rip-offs $40 for 2 subs and they can't deliver 4 miles from their job idiots

An order was placed accidentally when I was looking online I get a notification my card was charged when I called to cancel the order they said I cannot cancel it because I didn’t call before they made the food like I’m supposed to know when the food is made on top of that when I first called whoever answered had attitude like they didn’t want to help me with my problem. DONT GO ON THERE WEBSIT or you will get charged. Very unprofessional they don’t care

Marisol is the BEST! We’ve been coming to this location for years and she always remembers us and makes our experience great. I know it seems like nothing but her genuine kindness and customer service are top notch. We even moved farther away and still make the drive to see her!

This store is ran by the most disregarding, manager/ little kid I’ve ever encounter. I left my wallet after grabbing my food, Im looking for the wallet and I have to call police the manager shows me the camera more then once and never finishes the video, but ultimately they shared with police that they don’t want me back for simply losing a wallet, which is insane. The complete fakeness shown I wouldn’t want to return to someone who can smile and at the same time have conduct of a disrespectfulness careless of guest experience. I won’t be back it’s horrible experience. I never accused anyone, simple lost my wallet, that manager and the latin woman working that morning are just in-considered. There was nothing i did but lose my wallet disgusting behavior, both of you should be ashamed of yourself's.

The old lady that is supposed to be the store manager,has horrible customer service. When I try to order specialty bread she will tell me they're out as I'm looking at the bread takes too long to make sandwiches. 20 minutes for a sandwich, please replace her or I will keep posting.
