It's very dark too dark coming in.
Two nice pool tables off back.
Karen is very nice. Don't like evening bar tender so I don't stay.

This is an amazing place. With its problems. The staff and the atmosphere are amazing. Great vibes and great customers too. However, the food is poor, the selection is worse and the time you can get this sup-par meal is very limited. I understand the menu will change soon for the better and im looking forward to it. Along with more people to cook and serve it.

The guy working there made it seem like it was the biggest inconvenience to make a new players card for me since I lost mine when there was only one other customer.

Well idk. It's just my go to when I'm close to work. That's is the william hill kiosk tho.
Come in, sit at a machine with my ID and several hundred for change and don’t even get glanced at. Bartender just darting around looking at the TVs and taking care of people who aren’t even gaming. Fail. This is why everyone loathes PT’s franchises. Garbage.

The food and staff were great, but when I went, there wasn't really much of an atmosphere... All I could hear was the basketball game over one of the TVs and a really loud table that wasn't even talking about the game. It's alright for a sports bar but . Some ambient music in the background or something other than just the game would have been nice.

Good music but the girl attendant is not customer-friendly.

If you want to throw away money--this is the place for you! Extremely tight video poker--where's the gaming commission by the way?? Some of the bartenders are nice and friendly, but don't come here with the intent to make money.

Not recommended for a big group reservation. We had an awful experience with the waiter and will not be coming back. I understand how the stress level can be if you’re the only one waiting tables but this waiter did not have any patience to answer questions or provide suggestions and said “we have 36 drinks and that they can’t go over them because they have 15 tables”. Also the waiter held all of our cards when we were trying to close our tabs to leave and it took an extra 30 minutes just to try to catch them.

So I gave this place two chances. First time I met a friend and had a rather hostile welcoming by the bartender Genay, I asked for a double vodka and cranberry, and I got a tall cup of cranberry juice, not even a hint of vodka, so whatever we left. I come back two days later to meet the same friend, we start playing pool and i selected some music off of the jukebox, at which point the same hostile little girl Genay, comes into the pool room and literally says "after this song no more metal please" like what?
Two questions immediately popped into my head, first why put songs in the jukebox you don't want played? Secondly, did she not remember she's in the service industry? Lol, the ignorance was mind blowing.
So I go to the bar and tell her I put $7 in the jukebox, only two songs were allowed to play and asked for my $5 back or $5 off the tab. At which point, not to anyone's surprise, Genay immediately got hostile and loud. I took my beer and walked back to the pool room, roughly 5 mins later she comes in with two other bar patrons and asks me to leave, threatens me with the cops, putting the other bar patrons at risk of getting hurt or injured, because honestly I'm not the one. if I had less composure a scene would have been caused.
Both experiences were completely unprofessional, unnecessary, uncalled for, and downright rude. Genay shouldn't be in the service industry if she believes the customer is supposed to serve her. She has the skill set better suited for a security guard. Highly disappointed, I went to bourbon street which was a much better experience.
My experience at PTs was as disgusting as the attitudes and ignorance flowing around the building.

Great place--especially when the manager is there. Really cool guy who is a great bartender. I had a lucky time on my first visit but since then the video poker is as tight as me trying to fit in my jeans from 30 years ago. on my recent visit, the barmaid Janee, had her car broken into the night before and you couldn't NOT hear about it. The f-words were flying loudly and frequently. She also couldn't make a dry martini worth a damn. Overall rating would be higher if the machines were looser.

This location is on centennial in North Las Vegas. Just south of the VA hospital and a quarter mile west next to Smith's grocery. No crowds very nice staff. The fish n chips is always my fav. This was tops 3 large fried cod fillets, fries and coleslaw. I actually met one of the lady's that work there on a recent trip to CA. Who invited me to dine their. It's everything she said it was. Ask for Janee. Its a sports bar so I retrained from photography, sorry.
