The slipped Cheese
Day after St Pattys day, walked in starving after a long flight .( 1am) It was past hours for food , but bartender was accommodating everyone by being the cook after hours . Pizza was delicious . Wish I would have remembered the bartenders name because he was so awesome with the patrons . I’m giving a 4 star for atmosphere because some random guy was going customer to customer asking for cash if he could “Venmo” them so he could gamble more . He was obviously an addict to gambling and as I was leaving I got the idea he lived in his car because of his addiction . I know it’s not the bartenders problem , and he was super busy , but I felt for him because he had over 25 customers and it appeared to me that he was the only employee in the building . There should be some security or at least a “wing man” for back up for employee safety .

I am writing to share my profound disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. As someone who values supporting local businesses, I never want to leave a negative review. However, I believe patrons have the right to know about the issues they may face before entering your establishment.
During my visit, I sat down and began playing a gaming machine, yet it took over four minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge my presence. This happened only after they had an extended conversation with someone at the register and were walking out of the room into the kitchen. This lack of situational awareness and disregard for customer service left me feeling invisible and deeply frustrated.
Furthermore, I was shocked to learn that menu items listed as part of a meal are not automatically included unless specifically requested. This misleading practice is not only confusing but also unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust the menu as presented without having to explicitly request what is already stated as part of their order. This experience made me question whether this is a deliberate tactic to boost profits at the expense of transparency and customer satisfaction.
I want to emphasize that I take no pleasure in writing this, as I genuinely support local businesses and hope to see them thrive. However, experiences like this make it difficult to recommend your establishment, and I feel compelled to share these concerns so others are aware of what to expect.
I sincerely hope you address these issues with urgency and take steps to improve both your service and your commitment to honest business practices.

My friends and I had a blast playing pool and the pizza was amazing! I did try the fish tacos on another visit and was Wowed! Coming back for more!!

You walk in and this place smells. We stopped in with some friends last night. The bartender Dino was very rude. He seems to have a real attitude problem. Not only did it take 22 minutes to get asked if we wanted drinks, but the coke was flat . Do better with who you hire . He kept talking to people saying how he almost got into a fight with a customer . What kind of place is this ? He looks to be about 50 and he’s in there bragging to people about almost getting into a fight. Where do you find these people? Needless to say we will not be back .

Have been a patron of PTs for quite some time. The service and quality have fallen off recently. Locations are severely understaffed and/or the staff (cooks) repeatedly no show for their shifts.In this particular visit the service staff is not available and the bar tender on shift is unable to jeep up with an establishment with between 15 and 20 patrons. This has type of service has become the day to day norm rather than the exception.
