The hours of operation are wrong.
Food tasted authentic. Pricing was good.
I ASKED SPECIFICALLY WHAT KIND OF MEAT DID THE PUPUSAS ENCHILADAS come with. I was told pork (chicharron). I ordered the 3 piece plate.
NOTHING BUT POTATOES AS FILLER. NO MEAT.
And I paid $16. 2 Tamales ($3) each. So a plate of El Salvadoran potato enchiladas (MX tostadas) for $10? đĄ

Doesnât live up to Portillo name.
The decor is more fast food and so are the staff attitudes, when I asked a how I could tell which ones were sweet or not I was âopen it up and lookâ so now I need to handle all of my families food to figure out whatâs what. They wouldnât even walk over to talk to me so it was basically, âgo awayâ.
Then the amount of peppers was not the normal amount I felt and the cashier wanted to debate about the preset amount of peppers, I donât want to debate about my food I was just saying normally itâs more generous and I felt it wasnât. I love Portillos but Iâd try another location.

they sell food at my school and there was a black hair in my food i went to go complain to the lady and she said it was my hair when my hair is blonde and she wouldnt give me my money back nor trade my plate
