Just Okay – Not Worth the Hype

I finally tried Raising Cane’s after hearing so much about it, but it didn’t live up to expectations. The chicken was slimy and lacked the crispy texture I was hoping for. The fries were cold and damp, like they had been sitting out for a while, and the Texas toast was also cold, which was pretty disappointing. The Cane’s sauce was the best part of the meal, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall subpar experience. Not the worst fast food, but definitely not as great as people say.

I previously wrote a complaint about how terrible the food quality was in February, I received a response asking for my experience I gladly gave details about my visit to only not hear anything back please do not waste your time on trying to resolve any issues they will not respond back

I placed a mobile order. It took 25 minutes to bring it out are you kidding me. Next time I won’t waste my time and I will cook at home.

If I can give 0 stars for service I would the employee with the glasses gave a real additude and automatically assumed I was here for something else he should be trained and have some manners towards others

Wow. Wasn't very hungry so they suggested a kids meal. 2 chicken tenders and fries and small drink. I asked for blue cheese or ranch dressing and was told, you get raising Cane's dsg. Got no dipping sauce at all. I think for $7 kids meal, way too expensive

This was my first time trying Cane's and I can say it was pretty good. The chicken fingers were juicy and crispy and they were actually pretty well seasoned. The fries were crunchy and fluffy on the inside but they could have used more salt. The Texas toast was nice and buttery but a little bit dry. It was way better when dipped in their famous Cane's sauce. The sauce has a nice pepper taste but it is very different from other fast food chain sauces. The service was good and the food took less than 10 minutes to come out. Overall it was a nice experience and I definitely recommend you try it if you haven't already.
