They don't have a Universal way of servicing customers outside of the Latino nationality. Service is horrible for Non Latinos at this establishment. I don't recommend this place, unless you're Latino

Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options,I ordered asada fries, the Quality of the meat is good, but , they need to add more fries,Cashier never , smiles,Like I walk in saying good afternoon, with a big smile and the cashier, make the face , like place your order and go seat down ?Oder then that, place was very very clean.

I go here often and I get the same thing every time. This time I got my grilled chicken burrito again and they didn't cook it right it wasn't grilled at all. I called and asked for it to be corrected instead of having great customer service and making another one or even remaking the one I had (I would of took that) I was told I ate half of it and couldn't have it remade. It was only a bite gone, I'm so frustrated and mad. I didn't ask for a dollar back and still couldn't get any great customer service. They lost a great customer and I will tell all my friends and family not to eat either! Very dissatisfied! 0/10 customer service.

I first came here in January 2023 on accident. Fast forward to November and me and my husband had to come back specifically for the bean and cheese burrito. The steak fries are also very good the meat is perfect not charred. Everytime we come to Vegas it's a must stop.

YALLLLLLLLL I SAW THEM MAKE MY FOOD WITH THEIR BARE HANDSSSSSSS & WHEN I TOLD HER ABOUT IT SHE TALKING ABOUT HER HANDS CLEAN . mind you she been touching the door, have other people their food & everything. when I suggested for them to remake it with gloves on HE TOLD ME NOOOOOOOO omg I really think it’s bc I’m black? this is outrageous he talking about I jus made your food i’m not redoing it !!!!!! & said ima jus refund you YALL DO NOT EAT HERE THEY ARE DIRTYYYYYYYYYYY !!!!!!

I won’t be mean about the food, because last month, the quality of dishes were excellent. The other day, however, as I was in the area of Craig and Revere, I went in to get my fav California Burrito. I got home all excited but when I took one bite, I knew something was off. So I called and asked if they had a different cook. Apparently, Rivas had changed their meats. Sad to say, I won’t be going back there anymore.
