I order from this location almost every weekend on Uber eats. This week my order was incorrect and I drove to the store to have them correct my order the “owner” Alejandra was quick to become argumentative and defensive instead of making it right. The menudo wasn’t the same because they left out the seasonings. She only made matters worse by not listening. Customer service if out to door because of incompetent “business owners” like her. I will never order from this location again. Been going here for almost 10 years now. SMH!

I came in zooted and ended up getting berated by the cashier for accidentally thinking someone’s order was mine. Probably won’t be coming back to this location in case I run into her again

This store is better than the other ones around it for sure. I always get the best of everything here. Never once had to bring any food back or had a wrong order. Love this place!

Did Roberto’s decide to do tariffs on their customers? They really skimped this morning. Burrito Supreme from TB is bigger than this. Very disappointed this time around. Even the salsa cup is bigger than the burrito.

Horrible service, to say the least, and the food was just as bad. I never leave reviews, but this was so bad I felt I had to.

This is the best location on the north side of town !! Hands down!!! bigger building !!!better atmosphere !!! all around they are an amazing place always clean!!! and always timely with the food !! Best Roberto’s in town!!!!

This used to be a very good restaurant however, over the last year its become too expensive for a lot of clients. Two taco plates and sodas were over $30.00
The tacos are tasty but just thrown together with lettuce and cheese all over the place had to rebuild them at the table
