Used to love this location and the food was quality. NOT anymore! The meat quality sucks! You call that carneasada ? Weak excuse for beef is what it is. It used to have the best beef here idk what happened but it’s disgusting now. I used to come here a lot and noticed some days the beef was good some days it was bad. Now I never know what I’m gonna get. Lately it’s been bad. Maybe it’s the cook or the meat you guys are using but fix this! Don’t think I’ll return because I can’t stand not knowing if I’m gonna get the good meat or the bad

Uber did us dirty by giving us this location. My family and I have enjoyed Robertos many times in the last 13 years. This location ( Commerce) provided the worst meal we have ever gotten from them. Cold, over cooked, forgot items. Terrible and a waste of money. For what it's worth we live 5 minutes from this shop, and this was definitely not an uber issue.

My wife ordered online for pickup at 10:27 the food wasn't gonna be ready until 10:50 we didn't receive our order until 11:20. When we arrived the cashier told us that their has not been any online orders. I wouldn't recommend going there, they have bad customer service didn't apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience last time I will go there

Ordered delivery from their website. food did not arrive for 30 minutes past the time it was ready. Called the store, language barrier made it hard to communicate. Went to the store, the counter lady said it was for pick up, i asked why I had been charged a delivery fee and a driver a tip if the order was to pick up. again, language barrier. I understood what they said, they seemed to have a hard time understanding me. so much discussion and work to get the refund they said I had to go to door dash for. Door dash couldn't help me because I didn't use the app. This whole experience was bad. Oh, i wanted a refund because the food we ordered had been sitting on a cold counter for half an hour. soggy Rolled tacos and cold carne asada didn't sound appealing for the wife and I. to end this disappointing saga, when I got home after buying food elsewhere, I logging into the credit card website to fight the charge and found it had been refunded. I asked Roberto's to just remake the food, but got declined. I was looking forward to having carne asada from them tonight. I will be surprised if I every do business with them again. While I am satisfied with the refund, the rest of this experience was maddening.
