Food was awful. I used to love eating at Robertos. The last two times it's been horrible. And they got the order wrong.

Uber did us dirty by giving us this location. My family and I have enjoyed Robertos many times in the last 13 years. This location ( Commerce) provided the worst meal we have ever gotten from them. Cold, over cooked, forgot items. Terrible and a waste of money. For what it's worth we live 5 minutes from this shop, and this was definitely not an uber issue.

Tried to place a pick up order for 2 items…. Lady put me on hold and then after 7 minutes hung up on me…. Never ever going to this crappy establishment.

This location never remembers to include our drinks with delivery orders and completely ignores requests for salsa.

My wife ordered online for pickup at 10:27 the food wasn't gonna be ready until 10:50 we didn't receive our order until 11:20. When we arrived the cashier told us that their has not been any online orders. I wouldn't recommend going there, they have bad customer service didn't apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience last time I will go there

Ordered delivery from their website. food did not arrive for 30 minutes past the time it was ready. Called the store, language barrier made it hard to communicate. Went to the store, the counter lady said it was for pick up, i asked why I had been charged a delivery fee and a driver a tip if the order was to pick up. again, language barrier. I understood what they said, they seemed to have a hard time understanding me. so much discussion and work to get the refund they said I had to go to door dash for. Door dash couldn't help me because I didn't use the app. This whole experience was bad. Oh, i wanted a refund because the food we ordered had been sitting on a cold counter for half an hour. soggy Rolled tacos and cold carne asada didn't sound appealing for the wife and I. to end this disappointing saga, when I got home after buying food elsewhere, I logging into the credit card website to fight the charge and found it had been refunded. I asked Roberto's to just remake the food, but got declined. I was looking forward to having carne asada from them tonight. I will be surprised if I every do business with them again. While I am satisfied with the refund, the rest of this experience was maddening.

Showed up at 9am not open sign says 24hrs

Ate here yesterday, it was all I had that day. Been sick all day today if you know what I mean. The location on Loose road is so much cleaner and I have never got sick after eating there.

Nawww... two nights in a row I ordered the same thing. Came out different but both times I got sick. Not a clean place. Glad they are 24/7 but what good is it if they can't do anything during the late hours? I don't think I would even go here if I was 6 tequila shots in and 12 beers down.

These people delivered one Taco and beans for 36 dollars. Be careful. I ordered the Taco plate which comes with beans and rice at about 12 bucks. Scam. I will never ever go to Robertos again

Food is mediocre but service is what ruined everything. Cashier wears hearing aid who can barely hear cutomer's order. He'll get nasty attitude with you due to bad hearing. Stay away.
