I'm from Chicago and this was the closest thing to Chicago style pizza that I knew. I used to order from them all the time. I stopped going because their customer service is not the best. The last time I ordered I just got one topping on a large pizza which was sausage and there was barely any sausage on the pizza. There were actually peices with no sausage on them. I might as well ordered a cheese pizza. The pizzas there are very pricey so I wasn't happy about that. Over $30 with tax for one large pizza if i remember correctly. That was the last time I ordered from them.

I really like this pizza. It's the closest to Chicago pizza that I can find here (that's reasonably priced). Aurelio's wants $40 a pizza???? That's just ridiculous. This pizza is just as good!

The deep dish was just bread with another layer of bread on top of that. Then a sprinkle of cheese and some sauce. The pizzas were dry and very doughy. The cannolis were at least completely filled and tasty.

We tried Rosati’s for the first time based on the fact they are one of the few to offer green olives on their pizza’s. It was an excellent thin crust pizza and we will be back.

Deep dish pizza is overrated, dont recommend it. It was basically a gut cleanser. Both my husband and I repainted the toilet bowl. IYKYK

I recently visited Rosati’s and inquired about the 50% off tag on the boxes and how to link it with my online account. The worker, whose name I don’t know, was very unprofessional and dismissive in her response. She told me to call corporate, but when I asked to see the receipt, my question was answered right there. Instead of remaining professional, she seemed bothered by my inquiry and acted dismissive. She then proceeded to stare at me over the other cashier, and my sister witnessed this as well. I made sure to applaud and tip the cashier for her professionalism, especially considering the way the other worker behaved. If you’re in food service or customer service, you should be able to communicate effectively and respectfully, without an attitude.
Felt like pizza for dinner, I've doordashed from here and I decided to give it a try.
It passed the cheese pull test, the small is enough for three meals for someone like me. Could easily split between two people.
Crust is crisp like I like it. The salad was fresh and I enjoyed the shaved parmesan in with it. 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and I was the only dine in customer.
You should give this place a try!

This was a horrible display of business. I told the cashier I would tip with cash and she took 35% tip off my card this is not okay, you are stealing from me. I tried to speak with the manager but to no regard so I'll work with my bank to handle this situation. Be careful they stealing

UPDATE to my review for this location: The only thing that is consistent with Rosati's is their slow service. I've been to this location twice, the first time I got a Chicago deep dish that was absolutely amazing. I got another one from their Eastern location and it was no good, we didn't even finish it. I was given a free pizza at the Losee location which wasn't what I ordered, I was given a free thin crust but I had to pay for toppings. I also ordered the fried mushrooms that are $9 and you get maybe a dozen tiny mushrooms, not worth the price. The thin crust pizza, i got it with mushrooms and feta cheese. It was dry and had a very strange taste to it. I originally was going to try all of their las vegas and hendeson locations but considering I've only had one good pizza from them, I'm beginning to reconsider. If an establishment wants to offer a free pizza to right a wing, it should be a replacement for the same one that was messed up, not their choice of pizza. I had such high hopes for this place. I wish the test of you the best of luck.
This was my first time trying Rosati's. I ordered a Chicago deep dish with extra cheese. The pizza was amazing, plenty of cheese, a wonderful crust (not to thick), and the tomatoes/ sauce tasted fresh. I ordered online and that was an easy task. I arrived for pick up and was greeted right away by a very friendly employee. Best Chicago deep dish I've ever had. 😋 I highly recommend this location. 👍👍
