Things have definitely changed from customer service I received to the food. I have to say today was my last time patronizing this restaurant. As others have said, their pizza is not cheap, so you expect to get what you pay for so to speak. However, today the person who was answering the phones, taking orders was just outright nasty and had an attitude to match! I noticed jars and signs stating tips are greatly appreciated, I suggest you remove that person as the first point of contact as she is the reason I didn't tip! In addition to my pizza tasting like one out of a frozen food section, it didn't even looked the same. When the rude employee went in the back with the cooks making faces, while I'm standing there, I knew with confidence this was my last time paying a person or business to treat me like trash. I work too hard and if the job is that bad, stay home or find another one so that person isn't affecting business. Needless to say, out of all the years of being a loyal customer and spreading the word, today was the first where I threw that pizza in the trash! $35 down and a lesson learned! If you don't care about customer service or spending your money with people who act like they could care less if you came or not when you could have gone somewhere else- then this is definitely the place to go- Everyone else who understands customer service, respect and being grateful, then take your money elsewhere!

I wish I could post the pictures of my food with this review. Fries were extremely salty, 6pc wings hot, 5 had light sauce and 1 was left without sauce at all, you can tell it was purposely done. The chief sandwich with cheese, hot peppers, and sweet peppers I kid you not the person who made it put half the jar if not the full jar of hot peppers including the hot peppers seeds.

Upon our arrival at 8 p.m., we observed staff members engaged in floor maintenance and the dining area cordoned off. When inquired if the establishment was closed, they indicated closure was at 9 p.m., contrary to the website's listed closing time of 10 p.m. they responded only on weekends. While acknowledging a potential oversight on my part, we opted for takeout. Despite being informed of a 20-25 minute wait by a staff member, after approximately 15 minutes, I requested restroom access, considering the establishment was technically still operational and I was a patron. Regrettably, I encountered resistance from a gentleman who purportedly had just cleaned the restroom. His response, feigning a slip and suggesting alternative facilities nearby, was unprofessional and disappointing. This experience, compounded by observed instances of turning away patrons prior to our arrival, reflects poorly on the establishment's management and staff commitment. The discrepancy in operating hours and reluctance to accommodate patrons cast doubt on the establishment's dedication to customer service. While I hold appreciation for the culinary offerings, the subpar service experienced tonight has left an indelible mark. I implore management to address these issues promptly to ensure future patrons are not subjected to similar experiences.

Their chicken Parmesan with linguine is a (4). Not enough chicken. Their eggplant Parmesan is excellent but again,, not enough food for the price.Rosati's has by far the best garlic bread in the USA. It's loaded with butter, Garlic & I believe olive oil. It's a crispy light brown treat of perfection. The amount of food for $14.99 isn't enough but, delicious. I recommend Rosati's to anyone. Overall Rating is deserved 4.5.Parking: On a busy night it may be a little tough to find a close spot. Otherwise, there's plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the garlic bread, wings and pizza.

First time trying Chicago-style pizza, and we were skeptical. What a surprise - it was fantastic! Hands down, it was some of the best sauce I have ever had on a pizza. cute little hole-in-the-wall shop, friendly staff, and a good quality pie. We're believers now, thanks for being a great experience.
