I genuinely love Salad and Go for their quick and efficient service. It’s one of my go-to spots for fresh, fast salads and breakfast or lunch on the run. I frequent this location often and usually have a great experience.
However, during a recent visit, I ran into a few frustrating issues that left me questioning some of their policies. I ordered two burritos and two large Green Reviver drinks. I drive a small car with limited cupholder space, so I asked if they had any cupholders. The staff told me they don’t offer them at all. I’m honestly confused—how do they expect customers to transport multiple drinks safely, especially when picking up larger orders?
To make matters worse, we weren’t given any straws for the drinks, and they only provided one napkin for two burritos. These burritos are a decent size, and clearly not just for one person. In this case, there were two of us, and we had to find napkins & straws elsewhere just to eat comfortably. There was a black girl at the drive-thru window. If she going to be on drive-thru duty she needs to do her job.
I still appreciate Salad and Go for their speed and food quality, but I hope they reconsider these small touches—cupholders, straws, and adequate napkins—that make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

I usually love this place. The food is usually good. However the service and the food has went downhill. I ordered from doordash this morning and my Southwest bowls have no poblano peppers, no flavor and my eggs look Brown and burnt. I tried to call and let them know to do a better service but of course no one answers and it goes to voicemail. You need to do a better job . I would never serve something if I'm not going to eat it myself

Was very surprised in a good way with salads we got This was our first time,and liked the salads more than the wraps. Thr Autumn and the Cobb and South Western salads were fantastic. Should have taken some phobut they tasted so good I forgot.My bad. I'll do it next time. Great healthy and quick snack!

The last four time I've come here they didn't take cash and not everyone has a card available for payment. I get its a digital world now but cash should be accepted

Always forgetting something….whether it’s Splenda, the ranch that comes with Cobb salad, and then I ask for jalapeno ranch, charge me extra for that but then don’t give me the normal ranch. I always order online so definitely have time to get it right …idk. I’m torn?!?! Food is good though…
