Something must have happened to this location. All employees are new and undertrained. I came here today for 4 Drinks. Tea to Topping Ratios are way off, the drinks are not as good as before (the milk powder was not even mixed all the way). Nobody was happy doing their jobs, not a single smile. I’m paying for the drinks, not asking for free you know. Prices are ad expensive as Starbuck, I expect better customer service and better quality. Last time going to this location for sure.

closed before 10pm… got there 15 minutes before close & the open sign was already turned off, floor was mopped, chairs were up, register was being closed, & the toppings etc. were being put away!! ridiculous

I've been here enough times that I should honor them with a review, right! Kick me in the shin for lagging... No please don't. I'd like to brag about their Coffee Creama with a buttery flavored foam topping! It has such a smooth rich flavor - dreamy! I also ventured into a different kinda bizarre snack (With all these flavors), cuz the matcha red bean has boba, so that drink can be slurpped and chewed. It's a light meal for me. This place is always clean when entering and their employees always welcome us. Sweet people Definitely returning, since it's right next to my chiropractor's office!

Second visit here and a little disappointed. Half the menu is out which is a little disappointing. Didn't want to walk out so tried something different. Drink looks very little like the picture. It is green tea and grapefruit, which isn't terrible but I wouldn't get it again. Most likely won't be coming back here again. Rather drive 15min to a better place even though this is 2min from my house.
First visit was good. Kids enjoyed what they got. Long line but they got through it quickly.

I love share tea and their drinks, I've been to both locations and really like their taro milk tea with pudding. I’m only putting a two star review because of a recent experience.
Girl at the register was nice but one of the other girls that came to the front rolled her eyes when my sister asked for a drink reccomendations that include strawberry. She had thin round glasses and blonde or light brown highlights. My sister asked if it had no sugar since she’s diabetic so she can’t have too much sugar, and she told us it doesn’t have sugar. Which is okay with me but she said it with attitude.
The drink was good my only complaint is the customer service form that one girl, I usually don’t complain about customer service since I know how it is working in the food industry. But I don’t excuse rude behavior when the store was empty and we were the only customers in at time during the middle of the day
