I've had 2 parties catered by them so far and my friends still talk about how good the food was! First time I ordered 2 trays of mac & cheese with pork belly, so incredible. He packaged the meat on the side for me because I have a vegetarian friend, also. Second time around we got pulled pork, elote salsa, sauces, buns, he really hooked it up for me! He even gave me some shredded cheese for our sliders. The pulled pork was so good, best I've had in Vegas by far....

Absolutely stupendous!!! From the moment food was ordered until we were complaining about being too full to eat any more (but secretly stealing more bites) everything to do with the Bistro was fantastic! You MUST try the Mac and cheese, the sandwiches, and oh man, the fruit salad!!! Wow wow wow. EAT HERE!!!
