Why are you sleeping on the fantastic BBQ joint???
The main thing going for it is Consistency. Been coming over from Mortons Travel Plaza for breakfast lunch and dinner. Every time is great and the food is Amazing. BBQ and a few Louisiana dish make for a great blend of flavors.
I know my BBQ i am a Native Texan. And I approved this Las Vegas gem. Don't let it die from under appreciation.

Been coming to SNS since before it's current location. Unlike a lot of food establishments, SNS has managed to stay as good or get better than I remember it every time. The food here never disappoints. Highly recommend coming here.

Tried the Baby Back Ribs — pretty average. Not super tender, and the sauce was nothing special. The sides? Limited and uninspired. The vibe was okay, helped by a friendly and cheerful waitress. But the prices? More like a steakhouse, not a casual BBQ spot.
Verdict: Not terrible, but definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
