A Fast Food Nightmare – Cold, Greasy, and Completely Ignored

If you want to experience the absolute pinnacle of fast food failure, Sonic is your destination. I ordered online for pick-up, thinking it’d be a simple, quick grab-and-go meal. Wrong. I waited 45 minutes for my food, only to realize they had forgotten about my order completely. After sitting in my car, staring at the window like an idiot, I finally had to get out of my car and knock on their door to even get some attention.

By the time I got my meal, it was cold, greasy, and tasted like it had been through a war. The burger was soggy, drenched in enough grease to grease a wheel, and the fries were limp, lifeless, and probably a few hours old. Honestly, it was a miracle I didn’t break a tooth on the “crispy” edges.

And let’s talk about the aftermath—heartburn arrived so quickly, I was practically on first-name terms with my antacids. If you like cold, forgotten food, served with a side of indifference, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration, the greasy regret, and the heartburn. This was my first and last trip to Sonic.

Ordered strawberry cheesecake shake. Cheesecake had sour and tasted like rotten milk tried to call to let them know so nobody fell ill but nobody answered the phone February 22, 2025, 8:23 PM.

This location is always so slow, which wouldn't be so bad if the employees weren't moving in slow motion. Tonight I ordered a drink through the app and it took them 15 mins to bring it out. 15 mins to bring out a limeade! The worst part is the girl who brought it out was the same girl I just watched drag her boyfriend by the hand into the kitchen to meet everyone and hang out for 10 mins. Then a few mins after he left she brought my drink. Poor service at this location is just the norm.

Basic food. But nice and hot thoug.

Every time I go here there is some sort of issue. They either take forever or miss something or give the wrong size. Sometimes it's all 3 lol. Take my advice and go a little further to any other.

Who ever was working on 12/15/24 around 9:50pm would definitely need to be fired they took 25 mins for 2 corn dogs and 2 burgers and this is how I received one if then plus extra bacon means this

Coney dog bun was hard on both ends, mozzarella sticks We're cold and smelled like old grease.Also our order came with no condiments.I ordered a pretzel that should have came with cheese sauce and mozzarella sticks should have had marinara sauce, also estimated time of pickup was 452 We set out there till 512. Won't be back to this location.

Use to love this sonic till recently. I went today dec/1/2024 and had the worst sonic experience.
Lack of care in wait time, I ordered 30$ worth of food on my phone. Got on time, waited in the stall for 10 minutes . Said someone was coming, waited 5 more minutes( cars are going thru one by one) I decide to pull out and go thru drive thru
I was told to wait while they finished up 3 cars ahead of me. Then waited another 10 minutes for an order that was done 30 minutes ago!
They forgot my tots so I pull around for them. No biggie but here’s the best part. We wait another 6-8 minutes for tots for them to hand my cold tots. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN LINE!!

Ordered a #1 and some pickle fries. Tots were cold, pickle fries were cold and soggy, service was poor, and took forever. Don't waste your time.

Love sonics..but a little dissapointed they didn't have ice cream..its kinda their thing..that was reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Customer service was good, food was fresh. Try the pickle fries

We started coming earlier cause it seems like we always have problems with the night crew. Either orders are wrong or we see them outside and no cars but still takes 30 mins to get order. But Jenn during the morning is great. Great service, Great personality and makes sures everything is in the bag. She is the reason we keep coming back!

The drinks were good... good variety. However, the service was very bad. There was no one in the drive through or parked, and still waited 22 minutes for 3 drinks. The parking lot was dirty, trash cans were overflowing. If i has not already ordered ahead I would've left.
