Crazy i have always been getting ice with double bag and today i was charged extra how sad. You will not have my business again. How sad the store is so slow and you can't take care of customer. Service was horrible and on top one person in line and was told to hold on this store needs work..

The guy in the drive thru was rude & impatient taking the order. When pulled up to window to pay & receive food once again he was rude, after waiting longer than necessary, he seemed to shove the food out the window at us the food was cold after waiting & fries were cold hard crunchy my 6yr old cried he didn't like his food.
My burger & fries was cold fries hard also.
The music playing was ghetto murder murder kill kill in the establishment, poor service, nasty food, & totally disgusted never going back. 👎

Sonic is Sonic. You know exactly what you're getting here some fast food that is reasonably priced but tastes pretty good. They always have a really good selection of drinks and unique things like tater tots. The burgers are pretty good definitely better than your typical fast food chain I would even say better than In-N-Out actually for flavor. I gave a five star for service because people always seem to be unusually friendly at the drive-thru which is unexpected because they're working a grind of a job and probably with a bunch of annoying customers. Hats off to them!

They have no coffee or orange juice for breakfast. How do you have a breakfast menu without hot coffee on cold days?

I did an app order for two drinks that took almost 10 minutes with two cars in the drive-thru with more cars going through it and getting taken care of as I was still waiting. I pushed the button and she said she'd be right with us and never did. Instead it hung up. My drinks finally came and the girl didn't know which drink was what. This is my first going through anything like this at Sonic and I think I won't be back at that particular one any time soon. I waited almost 10 minutes for 2 drinks and didn't get an apology for the wait or anything. I almost forgot the order taker for the drive-thru took 1 car at a time while the other car waited to get their order taken. Just terrible.

I'm addicted to their Lemonade Creme Cooler. Since it's open 24 hours I submit my online order every morning around 6:15 and by 6:30 I'm picking it up. I love this location because they have the best customer service and the friendliest employees. Every morning I'm greeted with a " Good Morning. Have a wonderful day and we'll see you tomorrow". It really does go a long way in starting your customer's day on a positive note. Thank you for that!

Wait time approximately: 40 mins. Food is ok, but I don't think the wait time is worth it anymore. I don't have any real issues besides the unavoidable wait time. This is my third time coming here and all three times my wait time is always over 35 mins. That's my current wait time right now as I'm writing this. I don't think I'll be coming back. I only write this to let people know before they order here.

I just got down and walked to the drive thru window: they seem to prioritize drive thru cars. I asked about my order before posting this hoping to resolve the issue: My order was ready and sitting on the counter inside.

The gentlemen at the window kindly grabbed my order and handed it to me. Thank you very much for helping me.

Over all, I'm very upset. I did see there was a shift change while I sat here in stall #9. Employees leaving and others coming in.

Food is cold. My son doesn't seem to mind. I'm trying to avoid conflict so I'll just leave. We are all humans. So I will forgive.

It's nobody's fault. I just hope someone reads this and avoids coming here.

I will not be returning.

If you’re expecting “fast food,” especially at 8pm at night, don’t come here. It isn’t the first time this has happened, but the first time I’m reviewing. I ordered a chili cheese dog combo and a medium popcorn chicken, it’s been 30 minutes and counting and I’ve got a baby melting down in the back seat. When checking on my order 15 minutes in, I was told that they were understaffed. There are ~2 other vehicles here, one empty so it probably belongs to an employee. If you do decide to eat here anyway, pay with cash so you aren’t trapped with a card purchase that you have to wait for. Complete nightmare.

First time ordering their breakfast burrito and it was more tasty than I expected. We ordered 3 bacon breakfast burritos??. Gentlemen at the window was professional and courteous, asking us if we wanted sauce, even though we didn't ask for any (get the sauce, it adds to the flavor)
