Worst fast food experience ever! Location has order ahead turned off so they don't have to honor national deals. Cheap. I tried to order in the drive through and I had to yell right into the speaker and they still couldn't hear me. Poor. This is a location and a franchise in decline. The food may be good but not good enough to make up for the worst customer service in the industry. Needless to say I and my family will not be back.

My daughter ordered food for herself and I and my two grandsons. We only got ours. No kids food. It was DoorDash but someone didn’t give them all the food. So she got a refund and reordered the boys food. She had to pay extra to get it delivered faster. Not happy with the whole experience.

The cashier Kendra has an attitude. I went through the drive through and instantly she's annoyed with serving me. She then gossips to her coworkers about it. Not to mention that she has my food and drink order wrong giving me different size cups with the same thing. I ordered a chicken sandwich and she gave me tenders. If she's gonna act like that then she needs to find work elsewhere where that's tolerable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Sonic Drive-In. The staff was friendly, and the menu offers a great variety. The chef's expertise was evident in every dish. A culinary gem!
