Not going here anymore. It was fine when I first started going until this one African American female started showing up at the window. Every time i tried to order a cookie (warmed up) she said they didn’t have non like 2-3 times in a row. So I download the app and ordered thru there, showed up a Mexican worker gave me everything, it was all fine. Ordered again last night thru the app, went to pick up my stuff, that African American female was at the window, she said something was wrong with the oven (like come on now, I’m not stupid you kno when someone don’t like you) so my cookie couldn’t be warmed up. Loss out on a good customer cause I’d always go there on my break. Never again💯

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Starbucks #9959 (2001 E Lake Mead Blvd, North Las Vegas, NV) on 03/07/2025 at 5:03 PM. From start to finish, my visit was met with rude and dismissive service, unprofessional behavior, and a complete lack of customer care.
I ordered a White Hot Chocolate and a Medicine Ball with no tea—just hot lemonade only through the drive-thru (Drawer 1, Register 2 & 3). The cashier taking my order was rude, inattentive, and dismissive, making me feel like my order was a burden rather than a simple transaction. When I got to the window, the same attitude persisted—short, unprofessional responses and no receipt was provided until I specifically asked for it.
Despite clearly repeating my order multiple times, I received the wrong drink. Instead of the hot lemonade only, my drink contained two tea bags floating in it. Frustrated, I immediately turned around to go inside and have my order corrected.
Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged. When an employee finally decided to assist me, she greeted me with an irritated "yes," as if I was an inconvenience. When I calmly explained that my order was incorrect, she argued with me, claiming that I had ordered incorrectly rather than admitting the mistake. Instead of a sincere apology, she told me that "next time, I should order a Medicine Ball with the tea bags on the side."
At this point, it was clear that customer service was not a priority here. There was no accountability, no apology, and no willingness to correct their mistake with professionalism. When I asked for the employee’s name, she said "Mel." When I asked for the name of the drive-thru cashier, she refused to give it to me, saying, "No, but you can make a complaint about me."
She then tossed my replacement lemonade onto the counter, and when I asked to purchase a lemon loaf, she aggressively rang it up, threw it in a bag, and stood silently, waiting for me to pay. After I paid, she walked away without giving me a receipt, and when I asked for it, she responded, "There you go, it should print," without so much as a glance back in my direction.
After reading other Google reviews, I see that this Starbucks has a pattern of treating customers in this same manner—especially customers of color, with a clear racial bias in their interactions. No customer should ever feel ignored, dismissed, or treated with hostility at a place that is supposed to be welcoming.
Starbucks corporate needs to take a serious look at the management and training at this location. If customer service is not improved, it’s only a matter of time before more customers take their business elsewhere.

Overall i have had a good experience at this location unfortunately i had an encounter with a worker name rosa which i had order a drink through which when i get it just away then i notice that it was the wrong drink. So i turn around and go inside to see if the can exchange it. Which i wait and she turns from the drive thru line to the lobby. Very resonable mix up they sound similar ig plus the drive thru line ik sometimes are hard to hear. She asked whats wrong which i tell her heyy i order a cappuccino not a macchiato which she answered very rudely with an attitude no you did shaking her head! Which was first off super unprofessional and rude of her! I didn't come at her with an attitude or as mean or i wanted a problem i just wanted to get my drink and leave ! It giving very much everyone is wrong and shes is right very defensive it was never about her getting the drink wrong it was the type of disrespect and being rude with her response to me just saying i didnt order this .Sorry for anyone who encounters this women!

In this place there have been several times that they do not take my order as is, the person today had a bad attitude

Service was horrible I was taking a look at the menu to check the new items and the person taking my order was just rushing me, there was no cars behind me or in front of me.
I order a vanilla latte it tasted like water and milk there is no espresso, so disappointed.

Staff is really rude! When you place an order they make you feel rushed with their rude response “what else” like if they had a long line waiting, there was no one behind me. Also this is the second time they mess up my drink last time they gave me a half cup with nothing in it.

Honestly if I can give them a zero star review I would. The lady at the drive thru. Was extremely rude to me and my friend. She snatched the card from my hand and gave us attitude for just asking for a simple side of half and half. Gave us the worst look just because we had a second order. We called the store and the “manager “ Kirsten answered, and she “did not have” corporates number, or want to give us the lady’s name to report to corporate, she hung up on us multiple times, and did not give us the store number either and stopped answering the phone. The manager said that she would talk to the drive thru lady and never did.

Awful location. The main issue is that their is no sign of where to order. I wanted to order, and people were just standing around, so I was unsure where to go. So I asked another customer if he was waiting to order, and he was very rude. So I proceeded to ask someone who worked there. She was just very busy, but I do think someone should just be taking orders, so it's not so confusing. At least more training on greeting people when they walk in. There are lots of homeless people also so I would not suggest staying to eat.
